Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to abrasive finishing of machine parts.
В 24 Д 5/00, 1971 г.). There is a known method of polishing, in which the details inform the longitudinal feed, and the processing is carried out by disks that are mounted on the mandrel at an angle to the axis of rotation (see ed. Certificate of the USSR 689823, class. 24 D 5/00, 1971).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known method include the fact that in the known method the possibilities of achieving the required quality when processing difficult materials are limited, which requires the introduction of additional operations and tools in the process.
В 24 В 29/00, В 24 Д 13/02). There is also a known method of polishing, in which the details inform the longitudinal feed, and the processing is carried out by disks that are mounted on the mandrel at an angle to the axis of rotation (see ed. Certificate of the USSR 1215954, class. 24 V 29/00, 24 D 13 / 02).
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known method include the fact that the known method has limited possibilities to achieve the required quality when processing difficult materials due to insufficient hardness of the disks and cutting ability necessary to remove liquids and reduce surface roughness of the part. As a result, in order to improve the quality of products from hard-to-work materials, introduction of additional operations and tools into the technological process is required.
The closest method of the same purpose to the claimed invention in terms of features is a polishing method in which the parts report a longitudinal feed, and the processing is carried out by disks that are mounted on a mandrel at an angle to the axis of rotation, disks from a sandpaper with different grit sizes are used as disks impregnated with bakelite varnish to increase rigidity and coated with a cutting fluid with a free abrasive placed in it with a characteristic the characteristic characteristics of the abrasive skins, while the disks on the mandrel are arranged in decreasing order of grain size of the abrasive (see RF patent 2146590, CL 24 V 29/00, 24 D 13/02), adopted as a prototype.
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using the known method adopted for the prototype include the fact that in the known method the achievement of the surface quality of the parts requires the possibility of approaching the surface of the set of disks for phased processing, which is difficult for products of complex shape, where relative movements of the part and tool without touching other surfaces are limited. In addition, the tool performs an intermittent one-sided impact on the part, which makes it possible for the pattern to be defective from the impact of the abrasive grains of the first hard drives, which is difficult to compensate for by subsequent processing. As a result, polishing of difficult-to-work materials, especially parts of complex shape, is associated with the laborious process of forming the required quality and is not always effective.
The invention consists in the following. The problem of ensuring material removal with a rigid tool is solved while limiting the magnitude of displacements in shock-free mode.
EFFECT: improved quality of surfaces of machine parts. The specified technical result in the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that in the known method they report the longitudinal feed of the part and the rotation of the tool, which is used mounted on a mandrel at an angle to the axis of rotation and impregnated with bakelite varnish to increase the rigidity of the sanding disc disks.
The peculiarity lies in the fact that the longitudinal feed is carried out by reciprocating the part with continuous contact with the tool, the disks of which are rigidly connected to each other by non-working surfaces, and their working surfaces are coated with a lubricating-cooling technological medium (COTS) with a free abrasive placed in it with the characteristic corresponding to the characteristic of the abrasive of the grinding skin.
A rigid connection of non-working surfaces of disks impregnated with bakelite varnish provides the required tool stiffness during processing. Communication of the part of the reciprocating movements with the provision of continuous contact with the tool allows polishing of the part during the entire double stroke cycle of the part and intensive processing with a small amplitude of these movements. The continuity of the contact of the tool and the part, as well as the coating of the working surfaces, makes it possible to eliminate the shock contact of the abrasive grains of the impregnated hard disks and to prevent the picture defect of the polished surface. Placing free abrasive in COTS with a characteristic corresponding to the characteristic of the abrasive of the grinding skins, increases the rate of material removal. As a result, a high uniformity of the workpiece surface is formed and overall surface quality is improved.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention with obtaining the above technical result.
To implement the method, disks from a grinding skin are preliminarily performed. The disks are impregnated, rigidly interconnected over non-working surfaces, having the working surfaces oppositely directed, cover them with a lubricating-cooling technological medium, where they have an abrasive with a characteristic corresponding to a disk abrasive. Disks are mounted on the mandrel at an angle to the axis of rotation. The tool is informed of the rotation, and the parts are longitudinally reciprocating, keeping the contact of the tool and the part uninterrupted. Bakelite varnish and a rigid connection of the disks provide the required rigidity of the tool, and the opposite direction of the working surfaces and the reciprocating movement of parts with continuous contact form favorable conditions for micro-cutting of the material with a limited amount of movement, which creates high-quality polishing.
The implementation of the method was carried out on a typewriter IP 2009BPU-11. Disks from a grinding skin with characteristic 14A25P SFZhA (GOST 13344-79) were impregnated with LBS-1 bakelite varnish (GOST 901-71), connected to each other over non-working surfaces and coated working surfaces with paraffin melt (GOST 23683-77). The disks were fixed on the mandrel at an angle of 20 o to the axis and brought into rotation with a peripheral speed of 30 m / s. Samples of VT22 titanium alloy were polished, varying the longitudinal feed in the range (3 ... 5) m / min. As a result of polishing the surface of the samples, a quality improvement of (1.20 ... 1.25) times was achieved compared with the prototype under similar conditions.
