Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for the processing of petroleum feedstocks (high-viscosity oils, natural bitumen, fuel oils, semi-tars) and can be used in the refining and petrochemical industries.
There are various methods of processing high-viscosity oils and natural bitumen, which can be attributed to traditional methods.
6-7].For example, the method consisting in the fact that the initial natural bitumen of the Ashalchinskoye field is subjected to hydrocracking on an aluminum-nickel-molybdenum catalyst at a temperature of 450 o C, a pressure of 3 MPa, a space velocity of the feed 2 h -1 , a space velocity of a hydrogen-containing gas of 1000 m 3 / (m 3 / h ) The original oil is mixed with recycle - a fraction of 180-350 o C in a ratio of 2: 1 and a hydrogen-containing gas. Then heated to a temperature of 280-290 o C and served in the reactor. As a result of processing, low-octane gasoline (NK-180 o C), diesel fuel (180-350 o C) and boiler fuel (more than 350 o C) are obtained. The method is characterized by low thermal efficiency, high metal consumption and increased explosion and fire hazard [Aliev V.S., Rustamov M.I. and other Chemistry and technology of fuels and oils, 1984,
For the processing of heavy petroleum feedstocks of any origin, a thermal contact cracking process has been developed, consisting in the fact that the feedstock in a mixture with recirculate (residue above 420 o C) is fed into the reactor through a system of sprayers under the level of a fluidized bed of coke particles continuously circulating in the reactor block and providing supply of heat to the reactor. The process is carried out on the surface of hot coke particles at a temperature of 600-620 o C. The resulting gases and vapors at the outlet of the layer pass through a system of cyclone separators to separate coke dust and enter the scrubber - a partial condenser, which is located directly on the reactor to reduce coking of the transfer lines . Chilled heavy gas oil is supplied to the upper part of the partial condenser as irrigation. Due to the contact of the product vapor with heavy gas oil, the heaviest vapor components condense. The condensed mixture (recycle) from the bottom of the partial condenser is fed to the mixture with the feedstock. Particles of coke - heat carrier with a deposited thin layer of coke formed in the process are lowered to the bottom of the stripping section of the reactor, while they are blown by the counter flow of water vapor. Then they are fed by pneumatic transport to a coke heater. Using a blower, air is supplied to the coke heater in an amount necessary to heat the circulating coke to a predetermined temperature. Coke is heated due to the calorific value of part of the balance coke. Coke heated in a coke heater is returned to the reactor. Excess coke is removed from the system as a fraction of the largest particles. The sizes of coke particles circulating in the reactor block are 0.075-0.300 mm, and the balance coke particles are above 0.4 mm.
Gases and vapors from the top of the partial condenser enter the distillation column. Heavy gas oil is discharged from the bottom of the column, part of which is fed to the partial condenser, and part is discharged as a finished product. Light gas oil and unstable gasoline are separated in a distillation column. The latter is freed from the oily gas in the gas and gas separator.
- температура: в реакторе - 510-540oC, в коксонагревателе - 600-620oC;
- давление в реакторе и коксонагревателе - 0,14-0,16 МПа;
- кратность циркуляции кокс : сырье - 7-8;
1.The technological mode of the thermal contact cracking process is characterized by the following parameters:
- temperature: in the reactor - 510-540 o C, in the coke heater - 600-620 o C;
- pressure in the reactor and coke heater is 0.14-0.16 MPa;
- the multiplicity of circulation of coke: raw materials - 7-8;
- mass feed rate of raw materials is 0.6-1.0 h -1 .
31- 33].Products obtained by thermal contact cracking are of poor quality. To obtain commercial motor fuels and raw materials for catalytic cracking from them, ennoblement processes are necessary: hydrotreating, hydrogenation, demercaptanization. In addition, a significant drawback of this method is the restrictions on the content in the feedstock fractions boiling below 350 o C. This is due to the stable operation of the partial condenser, which is violated when the content of the feed fractions NK-350 o C above 10 wt. % On average, highly viscous oils and natural bitumen contain from 14 to 28 wt.% Light fractions, therefore, before thermal contact cracking, they must be freed from these fractions [Soskind DM, Radchenko ED, Spektor G.S. and other Chemistry and technology of fuels and oils, 1984,
7-9].There is also known a method of processing high viscosity oils and natural bitumen by extraction of the organic phase from sandstone, followed by traditional distillation of the extracted oil on AWT. The disadvantage of this method is the low yield of light distillates, since highly viscous oils and natural bitumen begin to undergo thermal transformations at temperatures close to the temperature of their distillation (300-320 o C) [Likhterova NM, Avdzhiev GR, Gorenkov A .F. Chemistry and technology of fuels and oils, 1989,
Closest to the proposed method is the processing of crude oil, including heating heavy oil residues to a temperature of 410-510 o C, which are then subjected to visbreaking under the influence of microwave energy in the range 300 MHz - 300 GHz, mainly at 915 - 2375 MHz, used in industry. Energy is supplied through a waveguide connected to a microwave generator and a power source for 0.5-5 minutes, and the process is conducted under a pressure of 0.1-3.0 MPa.
The reaction products are removed from the reactor and subjected to separation by known methods into gas, distillate fractions and cracked residue [Russian patent N 2054449, C 10
However, this method is characterized by low thermal efficiency, significant coke formation, limited raw material base and low environmental efficiency.
The technical task of the invention is the creation of an environmentally friendly, closed cycle of processing heavy oil raw materials with minimal energy costs and obtaining marketable products containing a small amount of sulfur and nitrogen compounds. The processing process is also characterized by the absence of coke and contaminated wastewater. The most preferred raw materials for processing by the proposed method are high-viscosity oils, natural bitumen, fuel oil.
To achieve this goal, the feedstock is heated to a temperature of 80-100 o C to ensure mobility (improve rheological properties), then the heated feedstock is treated with an ozone-air mixture at an ozone flow rate of 2.5-12 g / kg of feedstock, the ozonized oil is mixed with water and subjected irradiation with a beam of active electrons in a pulsed mode with an energy in the beam of 0.5-2 MeV at a pressure of 0.1-0.12 MPa, after the gas and water are separated, the processed raw materials are separated by vacuum distillation into components - gasoline, diesel fuel, oil fractions and road bitumen. Water is alkalized with 2% NaOH and treated with HCl to pH = 2-3, the precipitated oil ozonide precipitate is separated by filtration and dried, thereby obtaining a demulsifier for dehydration and desalting of oil. The water released from the precipitate is sent for purification, which consists in the simultaneous exposure to a beam of active electrons and an ozone-air mixture. The purified water is returned to the mixing stage with ozonized raw materials. The resulting gas is a component of the fuel used for heating and preparation of raw materials.
The drawing shows a diagram of an implementation of the proposed method for the processing of highly viscous oils.
2. In accordance with the proposed method, five samples of high viscosity oils were processed, the physicochemical characteristics of which are presented in table. 1. Examples of the proposed method are presented in table. 2.
3, 4. The characteristics of the ozone production unit are given in table. 3, 4.
After purification of the waste water in the unit for its simultaneous ozonation and irradiation, the water meets the requirements of standards for reservoirs of the 2nd category. Water productivity up to 150,000-200,000 m 3 / day. Power consumption up to 320 kW. The cost of electricity for water treatment is 0.3 kW / h • m 3 of water.
The process of isolating water-soluble products of ozonation and irradiation of oil is carried out by known methods — alkalizing aqueous solutions, neutralizing and adjusting the pH of the medium to 2-3, filtering and drying the resulting precipitate (free-flowing brown powder). Its yield on the initial asphaltenes of oil or heavy residues is about 70 wt.%. This product is a demulsifier, easily soluble in slightly alkaline aqueous solutions (pH = 7-9), in water with liquid glass, lower alcohols, in oil.
Thus, the proposed method for processing heavy raw materials allows you to create a closed-cycle technology for wastewater, to obtain the maximum yield of marketable products, save energy for processing (efficiency of electronic accelerators 0.85), reduce the amount of harmful emissions into the environment, increase the yield of light fractions by 8 -15% abs., Improve the quality of fuel and oil fractions by the content of sulfur compounds, avoid the formation of coke and a large number of gaseous products, significantly reduce temperature and pressure system.
