При работающей мешалке реактора загружают из смесителя N 2 первую порцию (250 мл) водного раствора персульфата аммония и начинают дозировать через ротаметр смесителя N 1 мономерную смесь. Общее время дозирования мономерной смеси 2 ч. Через 1 ч после слива половины объема мономерной смеси загружают вторую порцию раствора персульфата аммония (250 мл). По окончании слива всего объема мономерной смеси из смесителя N 2 в реактор синтеза загружают третью порцию раствора персульфата аммония в количестве 300 мл и производят выдержку в течение 30 мин при температуре 80±2oC. По окончании выдержки готовый продукт охлаждают до 40-45oC и сливают акриловую дисперсию в емкость. Для приготовления пропитывающего состава берут 8 масс.ч. каолина и 0,2 масс. ч. анилинового красителя прямого алого (ТУ 6-14-450-80), разбавляют 45 масс.ч. воды при температуре 80-100oC, интенсивно перемешивают, охлаждают до 25oC, а затем вводят 100 масс.ч. водной дисперсии акрилового сополимера (в расчете на 50%-ную дисперсию), снова перемешивают и пропитывают полученным составом текстильную основу из полиамидных волокон (арт. 55223), а затем сушат при 100-140oC.MMA 31 33

Кроме того, полученный материал в 4 раза легче, чем известный и может эксплуатироваться при отрицательных температурах. Высокий технико-экономический эффект достигается за одну технологическую операцию, т.е. упрощается технологический процесс изготовления материала.
