Abstract
Description
(1). The invention relates to electronic measurements and can be used in many industries where it is necessary to control parameters of various physical nature, for example, to measure thermal radiation fluxes in power plants, during actinometric studies, as well as meteorological measurements in the atmosphere and space. From the patent technical literature there is a known method for measuring quantities of various physical nature, based on the sequential measurement of a controlled parameter, a test quantity composed as the sum of the controlled parameter and the additive test parameter, and a test quantity presented as the product of the measured quantity and conversion coefficient, followed by processing of measurement results according to a special algorithm (1).
However, the disadvantage of this method is that in many cases it is not possible to generate a test signal in the form of the sum of the controlled parameter and the additive test parameter, for example, when measuring density or viscous liquid media. This feature limits the scope of the known measurement method.
, (1)
где Y1 результат измерения контролируемого параметра Х;
Y2 результат измерения мультипликативной тестовой величины КХ;
Y3 результат измерения величины образцовой меры Хэ;
K коэффициент преобразования.A more sophisticated technical solution to the prototype of the proposed object of the invention is a method of measuring electrical and non-electrical quantities (2), based on the sequential measurement of the controlled parameter X, the multiplicative test value KX and the magnitude of the exemplary measure X e with the subsequent determination of the true value of the controlled parameter from the ratio:
, (one)
where Y 1 is the measurement result of the controlled parameter X;
Y 2 the result of measuring the multiplicative test value KX;
Y 3 the result of measuring the magnitude of the exemplary measure X e ;
K conversion coefficient.
In this measurement method, in comparison with the analogue, an increase in the measurement accuracy is achieved by replacing the measurement operation of the test quantity, made up of the sum of the monitored parameter and the additive test parameter, with the measurement operation of an exemplary measure that is not related to the measured quantity. This significantly expands the scope of the known solution. However, as can be seen from algorithm (1), the measurement result depends on the parameters X e and K. If obtaining a stable value of the parameter X e does not cause any particular difficulties, then creating a multiplicative test signal with a stable conversion coefficient K is not always feasible. For example, during operation of a device for implementing the known method, an ICS 2 glass filter is covered with dust, as a result, its transmittance changes and, therefore, the measurement accuracy decreases.
The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by eliminating the influence of the conversion coefficient K on the measurement result.
,
где Y1 результат измерения контролируемого параметра Х;
Y2 результат измерения мультипликативной тестовой величины КХ;
Y3 результат измерения величины образцовой меры Хэ;
Y4 результат измерения мультипликативной тестовой величины КХэ;
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a random sequence method the controlled parameter X, the multiplicative test value KX and the value of the exemplary measure X e are measured, the multiplicative test value KX e is additionally measured, and the true value of the controlled parameter is determined from the relation:
,
where Y 1 is the measurement result of the controlled parameter X;
Y 2 the result of measuring the multiplicative test value KX;
Y 3 the result of measuring the magnitude of the exemplary measure X e ;
Y 4 the result of measuring the multiplicative test value KX e ;
K conversion coefficient of the multiplicative test.
The specified set of distinctive features is absent in the known methods and principles of construction of measuring systems. It allows you to eliminate the influence of instability of the conversion coefficient on the final measurement result. Therefore, it should be considered that the proposed technical solution meets the criteria of novelty and materiality of differences.
The drawing shows a functional diagram of a device for measuring radiation.
5. The device consists of a filter 1 and a series-connected primary thermoelectric converter 2, a measuring device 3, a computing device 4 and an indication unit 5.
4.The device operates as follows. The measurement process consists of four randomly selected consecutive measures. During the first clock measurement under the influence of the heat flux, the transducer 2 senses it and generates a thermoEMF corresponding to the value of the measured radiation level X. The electrical signal is recorded by the measuring device 3 and the measurement result Y 1 is recorded in the storage device of the computing device 4. During the second clock measurement above the receiving surface the heat flow transducer 2 place a filter 1, attenuating the radiation flux by a factor of K (for example, an IKS 2 glass filter with a thickness of 1 mm with a rad flow The radiation with a wavelength of 2.1 μm has a transmittance of 0.87). The measuring device 3 registers thermoEMF, which is a controlled parameter, the radiation level X, multiplied by the conversion coefficient K of filter 1, i.e. KH. The measurement result Y 2 is also recorded in the storage device of the computing device 4. Next, the filter 1 is removed. In the process of the third clock measurement, the measuring emitter 3 fixes the thermoEMF corresponding to the exemplary value of radiation X e (as an exemplary measure X e , zero radiation can be used at night, or a given radiation from a lamp installed above the receiving surface of the converter 2). The measurement result Y 3 is again entered into the computing device 4.
During the fourth measurement cycle, a filter 1 is again installed above the receiving surface of the transducer 2, attenuating the flow of a given radiation by a factor of K, i.e. KH e . The measurement result Y 4 is also entered into the computing device 4. The latter, based on the system of equations
, (3)
determines the value of controlled radiation X from the relation
. (4)
The radiation value from the output of the computational 4 goes to the display unit 5 of the desired result. Thus, as follows from formula (4), the measurement accuracy does not depend on the changing parameters α 1 and α 2 of the conversion function of the measuring system and the conversion coefficient K of the multiplicative test KX or KX e , but is mainly determined by the stability of the exemplary measure X e , which for implementation of proposals does not cause technical difficulties. The result is increased, in comparison with the known method, the accuracy of the measurement. In addition, the automatic correction algorithm is much simpler, which simplifies the technical implementation of a computing device and, therefore, increases its reliability and reduces cost.
At the suggestion, a prototype device was developed. As the primary thermoelectric device, an absolute radiometer of the PLTPpr type of the measuring device, a B-27 millivoltmeter with an output converter, was used, and as a measuring and computing device, the MK 64 microcomputer, which includes a device interface, with the corresponding algorithm (4) software. As an auxiliary link, providing a change in the conversion coefficient by a factor of K, an IKS-2 glass filter with a thickness of 1 mm with a transmittance of 0.87 was applied with a radiation flux of 2.1 μm wavelength.
During testing, the filter transmittance varied in the range from 0.46 to 0.87 by applying a dust layer to its surface. In this case, the total error of the measuring system changed from 0.3% when changing according to the auto-correction algorithm of the known method to 0.05% according to the proposed measurement method.
Thus, tests of the prototype device fully confirmed the feasibility, operability and effectiveness of the invention.
