Abstract

FIELD: medicine, psychiatry. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying acupuncture needles into In-tan point and two needles into Schoi-chi points for 20-25 minutes, then psychotherapy is conducted to create neutral, indifferent attitude towards alcohol. Then electrocode is introduced for patient at In-tan point in intersuperciliary area to affect with impulse current of rectangular kind of 3-7 hertz and 40-170 microampere power for 30 seconds. At the same time patient is asked to imagine any three-digit number and by using suggestion technique it is necessary to achieve dynamic pulsed brightly colored visual image in patient's memory. EFFECT: higher efficiency, accuracy and safety of the method.

Наиболее эффективно лечение больных, когда уже прошли или проходят первую стадию лечения, т.е. дезинтоксикационную и общеукрепляющую терапию и получают препараты, влияющие на дофаминовую и опиатную системы. Способ хорошо сочетается с иглотерапией в точки общего действия. По данным клинической пробации предлагаемого способа положительный результат получен в среднем у 76,4% мужчин и 76,9% женщин, страдающих алкоголизмом. Практика использования предлагаемого способа показывает, что выбираемый срок кодирования не должен превышать двух лет, так как если он проводился на более длительный срок, то прогрессивно вырастает число рецидивов болезни. The practice of using the proposed method shows that the selected coding period should not exceed two years, since if it was carried out for a longer period, the number of relapses of the disease progressively increases. Apparently, such a period (up to two years) is the most psychologically convenient for patients.
