Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the rubber industry and for the development of a composition of a vulcanizable rubber composition. Known rubber with a certain level of fatigue properties.
An increase in the latter, in particular, fatigue endurance at a given elongation, is achieved through the use of certain additives in the rubber composition, for example, N, N'-substituted p-phenylenediamine, diphenylamine derivatives and hydroquinoline, etc.
An increase in fatigue endurance can be achieved through the use of crushed vulcanizates in the rubber composition. The possibility of improving the fatigue properties of rubbers by modifying the surface of introduced crushed vulcanizates is shown. However, when using the above additives, the fatigue endurance of rubbers does not increase enough, and heat generation in rubbers often increases. The closest technical solution is a vulcanizable rubber compound, including rubbers, a vulcanizing agent, accelerators, activators, dispersants, antioxidants, plasticizers, fillers, anti-scorchings and TIRP additive (fine rubber powder). However, this mixture does not provide a sufficient increase in the fatigue properties of rubbers, reduce heat generation and cost.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the fatigue properties of rubbers and reduce heat generation in rubbers from the proposed rubber composition, as well as reduce their cost.
This goal is achieved in that a vulcanizable rubber composition comprising a basic rubber mixture consisting of general rubbers, a vulcanizing agent, accelerators, activators, dispersants, antioxidants, plasticizers, fillers, anti-scorchings and additives. As an additive, it contains a vulcanized additive obtained from the main mixture, plasticizer and sulfur, taken in a ratio of 100: 100-400: 10-12-5 (in parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the mixture) in the following ratio of rubber compound ingredients (in parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of rubber):
Vulcanizing Agent 1-3
Vulcanization Accelerator 1-3
Activators 3-5
Dispersants 2-3
Plasticizers 10-30
Antioxidants 0.5-3
Fillers 50-90
Antisorchings 0.2-1
Vulcanized Additive 1-30
Example 1. Prepare a rubber mixture of composition 1 (prototype) (table 1), including the addition of finely ground rubber powder TIRP in the amount of 5.0 wt. hours in a rubber mixer for 9 minutes The vulcanization of the mixture is carried out at a temperature of 143 o C for 30 minutes
Example 2. Analogously to example 1 in a rubber mixer for 9 min prepare rubber compounds, including vulcanized additives (VD).
2. The compositions of the rubber compositions 2-40 are shown in table 1. It should be noted that the vulcanized additive composition: the main mixture: plasticizer: sulfur 100: 100: 7.5 is very thick in concentration, poorly dosed, sticks, so it does not seem advisable to test it in rubbers (N mixtures 2-8). Vulcanized additive composition: basic mixture: plasticizer: z sulfur in a ratio of 100: 500: 15, on the contrary, is very liquid and poorly vulcanized by even more significant amounts of sulfur. Therefore, in the vulcanizable rubber composition, it played the role of an additionally introduced plasticizer, which led to a sharp deterioration in properties. The test results of rubbers containing a vulcanized additive are presented in table.2.
The vulcanization mode of 143 o C for 30 minutes The vulcanization mode of the inventive additives is similar to the vulcanization mode of the main mixture. From the data of table 2 it follows that when a vulcanized additive is introduced into the rubber mixture in a dosage of 1 to 30 parts by weight fatigue endurance increases with repeated tensile deformations, resistance to crack growth, and heat generation in rubbers decreases. When the content of the VD 0.5 wt.h. these effects practically do not occur, and at dosages of VD more than 30 parts by weight for example, 40 parts by weight there is a significant deterioration in strength indicators. It should also be noted that when a vulcanized additive is introduced into the masterbatch, the cost of rubbers decreases due to dilution of the recipe with a cheaper mixture, which is almost 70-80% consisting of plasticizer.
