The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the hardware design of the process, due to the use of high pressure, as well as the presence of toxic compounds in the obtained pigment and insufficiently high indicators of its quality.
The aim of the invention is to obtain an environmentally friendly glaze dye, intended for the production of plumbing and tiles with quality indicators at a high level, with a simple hardware design of the process of obtaining it.
The problem is also solved by the method of producing a glaze dye, including heat treatment of a mixture of oxygen-containing metal compounds constituting the dye and grinding the heat-treated product, in which galvanizing sludges of chromium and nickel plating are used as the specified mixture, washed with water to a chloride content of not more than 0.5 wt. heat treatment is carried out at 115-120 about With 8-9 hours, grinding is carried out to a grinding fineness of 20-80 microns.
The essence of the invention lies in the development of technology for the production of glaze dye based on galvanic waste, which is currently not used and dumped into a dump (containing toxic substance Cr (OH) 3 , salts of heavy metals of copper, copper).
The galvanic sludge used as a feedstock is obtained by precipitation of heavy metals in chromium and nickel plating baths. Sludge is formed at the bottom of the bath, separated and processed. The slurry is a creamy mass of brown-green brown with a moisture content of 80-85 wt.
According to the data of qualitative and quantitative analysis, galvanic sludge contains a filler of calcium oxide, color additives, oxides of copper, iron, chromium. Anticorrosive additives oxides of zinc, nickel, aluminum and silicon.
The invention allows to bring the feedstock to the required conditions and convert it into a dye with good quality indicators of density, specific surface area, refractive index, and low toxicity.
A method of obtaining a glaze dye includes preparing the original galvanic sludge by washing it with water to a residual chloride content of not more than 0.5 wt. When washing with water, chlorine is introduced from the initial mass and the washing water is returned to the product washing baths at the stage of chromium plating and nickel plating, which creates a closed water cycle. Next, the slurry was dried at 105-120 C for 8-9 hours. This provides the moisture isolation from a slurry which prevents a possible decomposition of the salts during heat treatment glaze, because the initial moisture content of the sludge is 80-85 wt. Then the product is subjected to grinding in a ball or vibration mill to a grinding fineness of 20-80 microns. This particle size is optimal for glaze quality.
