Abstract
Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to cutting explosive technology of bulky waste from metallurgical industries: bulky bucket residues, buckets with solidified metal, rolls of powerful rolling mills, etc. the processing and transportation of which is difficult or practically impossible.
There is a method of removing slag from slag-openers of open-hearth furnaces, in which boreholes for burning explosives are burned with a torch of a rocket type burner. Wherein holes for explosives burn using oxygen and thermite cartridges, consisting of a mixture of iron shavings with aluminum powder: the burner of the combustion chamber the fuel is combusted under pressure and combustion products at a temperature of 3500 for K are ejected from a nozzle at supersonic speed and impact force of the torch creates Conditions for granulation and removal of the melt from the borehole [2]
Thus, the formation of the borehole comes from the combustion products of a rocket-type burner and the relative duration of the process can be attributed to the disadvantages. Moreover, when the jet engine is operating in stationary conditions, a force equal to the engine thrust and opposite in sign acts on the slipway, therefore, a bulky and complex system is needed to place the engine on the burned object. Moreover, for the jet engine to work efficiently during burning, direct contact with the body to be burned is necessary, i.e., for the formation of the cord, the introduction of the jet engine into the body to be burned is necessary, which is difficult to accomplish technologically and constructively. At the same time, the relative duration of the process of forming the cord is large and the maintenance personnel are in harmful conditions.
The technical task is to increase the productivity of the process of forming a hole in the explosive technology for the destruction of bulky waste while reducing cost.
This is achieved by the fact that the cumulative charge is directed to the zone of the center of mass of the object to be destroyed and the hole is formed by a cumulative jet, while the ratio of the diameter of the hole and its length to the diameter of the cumulative charge is 0.2 0.4 and 2, respectively. 6. The section of the cumulative charge is set at a distance (1-5) diameters of the cumulative charge from the object of destruction.
The drawing shows a cumulative charge, where 1 housing, 2 cumulative metal funnel (lining); 3 explosive charge; 4 initiation node. The purpose of the cumulative charge is the directional destruction of durable materials.
The cumulative effect is created by the explosive charge, having a recess cumulative recess facing the object of destruction. The cumulative recess is usually conical in shape, covered with a metal shell (cladding), its thickness depending on the diameter of the charge varies from fractions of mm to 2 mm. The mechanism of action of the cumulative charge is as follows. After the detonator capsule explosion, located on the opposite side of the charge side of the charge, a detonation wave arises, which moves along the axis of the charge. The wave destroys the conical shell, starting from its top, and gives the shell material a high speed. The pressure of the explosion products, reaching ≈ 10 10 N / m 2 (10 5 kgf / cm 2 ), significantly exceeds the tensile strength of the material. Moving metal forms a stream converging at a certain angle to the axis of the cone, which passes into a thin (of the order of the shell thickness) metal stream moving along the axis at a very high speed (≈ 10 km / s). The action of this jet and determines the high breakdown ability of the cumulative charge. The increase in the gap between the charge and the object of destruction increases the penetration depth due to the elongation (extension) of the jet. The focal distance of the charge from the object has a significant effect on the penetration (the depth of the hole), since the penetration is directly proportional to the length of the cumulative jet, which stretches during the flight. Therefore, at a focal length of less than 1 caliber (cumulative charge diameter), the jet still does not dot out to stretch, which greatly reduces the amount of penetration (hole depth). When the focal length is more than 5 calibers of the cumulative charge, the jet begins to break into its constituent elements, which also greatly reduces its penetration.
The ratio of the diameter of the hole to the diameter of the cumulative charge in the range of 0.2-0.4 is selected based on the following and the results obtained during testing. A ratio of less than 0.2 does not satisfy the requirements for the diameter of the obtained borehole, since charging is carried out with standard explosive cartridges with a diameter of 32 mm. A ratio of more than 0.6 is not economically feasible, since with an increase in the diameter of the borehole there is an over consumption of explosives to load it.
The ratio of the diameter of the hole to the diameter of the cumulative charge in the range of 0.2-0.4 provides the necessary dimensions of the hole, depending on the diameter of the cumulative charge and, accordingly, the cumulative recess.
The ratio of the length of the hole to the diameter of the cumulative charge of 2-6 provides the required length of the hole in the large blast furnace waste available in the dump. The above ratios are selected experimentally, in addition, with the ratio of the length of the hole to the diameter of the cumulative charge less than 2, the necessary geometric dimensions of the hole are not ensured.
When the length of the hole to the diameter of the cumulative charge is greater than 6, it will lead to an excessive consumption of explosives, worsen the safety conditions and increase operating costs.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. In the territory of the slag dump of the company "Metal" in 1993, tests of the inventive method were carried out. In the process of processing a blast furnace slag dump using various techniques, bulky waste weighing 70-100 tons is detected (usually in the form of elliptical paraboloids of various shapes). At the place of development of the blade, approximately (visually) determine the zone of the center of mass of the destruction object "cake". A cumulative charge of 250 mm in diameter is set as the most optimal in terms of tactical, technical and overall mass parameters, which is sent to the center of mass of the object (height up to 3.5 m with a maximum diameter of 2.0 m). In this case, the focal length (the distance from the sections of the cumulative charge to the destructible body) is 550 mm. Subject to safety regulations and a safe distance, a cumulative charge is initiated and a hole is obtained with a diameter of 60-100 mm and its length is 700-1400 mm. Then the explosive is charged in the hole and initiated according to standard technology.
The test results are shown in the table.
In the prototype, the charge can be embedded in the hole only after the object has cooled to ambient temperature (5-6 hours), which sharply reduces the performance of this method. In the inventive method, the charge can be laid immediately after the formation of the hole.
