Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the chemical treatment of leathers, in particular to the manufacture of special types of leathers, and can be used in the manufacture of nubuck for upper shoes from raw materials of cattle.
A known method of producing nubuck in direct motion, including differentiated planing of a chrome semi-finished product to a peripheral thickness of 12-14% more than the backbone, retanning with a chrome tanning agent, neutralizing, retanning with syntans at their expense of 2-3% by weight of planed leathers, simultaneous dyeing and fatliquoring with the consumption of dyes 0.35-0.6% by weight of planed leathers, repeated retanning with syntans and finishing [1]
The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty of accurately performing a given planing plan for the peripheral and spinal parts of the semi-finished product and the inability to obtain a single color nubuck stain due to the low consumption of dyes.
The prototype of the proposed technical solution is a method of producing suede intermittent swing comprising retanning chrome tanning agent, neutralization with sodium carbonate at a rate of 1.5% by weight of the skins planed, J. K. 1.5 and a temperature of 35 ° C for 1 hour, at a temperature of washing 60 о С, first fatliquoring at a temperature of 60-65 о С, drying, staking, double grinding, soaking, combined dyeing and fatliquoring at Zh.K. 6 for 2.5-3 hours in the presence of acetic acid and finish [2]
The disadvantage of this method is that it does not allow to obtain deep and evenly colored nubuck leather with high strength properties.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of nubuck.
The problem is solved in that in the method of producing pile leathers, including retanning with chrome tanning agent, neutralization, fatliquoring, drying, double grinding, soaking, dyeing, treatment with organic acid and finishing, neutralization and fatliquoring are performed simultaneously with J.K. 0.5-0.6 and a temperature of 44-46 ° C in the presence of a mixture of synthetic and vegetable tanning agents at a ratio of 1.5 1, and dyeing is carried out with dry colorants.
A distinctive feature of the method is that the combined process of neutralization, fatliquoring and retanning with a mixture of synthetic and vegetable tanning agents in a ratio of 1.5 to 1 with J.K. 0.5-0.6 and a temperature of 44-46 ° C and allow to dry dyeing obtain deeply and evenly colored nubuck with high strength properties and good grindability.
Carrying out the neutralization of the combined process, fatliquoring and retanning with JC less than 0.5 and a temperature below 44 ° C causes that neutralizing, fatliquoring and retanning materials are not completely absorbed by the skin of the treatment solution and uniformly distributed over the layers of the dermis. Carrying out the specified process with J.K. greater than 0.6 and temperatures above 46 ° C gives the sequence of input materials interaction with collagen of the dermis, and can result in premature delamination of the fat emulsion and its deposition in the facial skin layer. The introduction of a mixture of synthetic and vegetable tanning agents with their other ratios will lead to a deterioration in the sandability of the skin, uneven filling and thickness in topographic areas, and the appearance of the properties of tannin tanned leathers.
The technology of the method is as follows:
Shoe uppers obtained by a typical production method for chrome-tanned leathers of shoe uppers feed cattle after planing retanning chrome tanning agent, is washed at a temperature of 30-35 ° C for 45-50 min, and subjected to the combined processes of neutralization, retanning and fatliquoring when J.K. 0.5-0.6 and a temperature of 44-46 ° C for 55-60 min. Water is poured into the drum, synthetic tanning agents and vegetable tanning agents are poured in a ratio of 1.5 to 1, and a 10% sodium sulfite solution and ammonia solution taken in quantities of 0.3-0.4% and 0, respectively, are poured through the hollow axis along the drum along the drum. 5-0.6% by weight of planed leathers.
