Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely to cementing materials for fastening wells.
Known grouting composition, including grouting Portland cement and asbestos fiber [1]
However, the addition of asbestos fiber of more than 1.5% by weight of cement makes it impossible to use the composition for fixing wells due to the sharp thickening of the prepared solution.
Closest to the invention, the technical solution is a grouting composition, including grouting Portland cement, short-fiber asbestos and dextrin with a certain ratio of components [2] The use of such a composition increases the adhesion strength of cement stone.
A disadvantage of the known composition is its multicomponent nature, complicating the technology of obtaining a homogeneous mixture under drilling conditions due to the lack of special metering devices. In addition, this composition does not provide increased adhesion of the cement stone due to the specific structure of asbestos and the introduced additives.
The essence of the invention is to increase manufacturability while reducing brittleness, increasing adhesion of stone and filtering resistance, which is achieved by introducing cement into the technological process of overburden obtained from the development of asbestos deposits. The overburden is fed to the grinding mills simultaneously with the components of the cement obtained and their joint grinding is carried out.
Overburden in the process of asbestos production is formed in large quantities and exported to dumps, it is used as ordinary crushed stone in construction. Overburden is a fragmented ore of gray-green color of various fractions. The chemical composition of the rock, MgO 38.4; SiO 2 38.2; Al 2 O 3 2.2; Fe 2 O 3 7.1; CaO 3.0. PPP-12.3. By mineralogical composition, the rock contains about 1% of free chrysotile asbestos fiber, 14% of hidden, about 70% of other hydrated magnesium silicates (serpentine, talc), 13% of minerals containing magnesium and silica, about 2% of amorphous silica. As a result of grinding the rock with cement components, the whole mass is transformed into a microdispersed structure, so the asbestos contained in the rock loses its reinforcing effect.
Studies have shown that the introduction of magnesium silicates in Portland cement improves the performance of the grouting composition. Especially effective they show their positive properties in a finely divided state. As a result of joint grinding of the rock with cement components, a grouting composition is formed containing an additive of magnesium silicates in a microdispersed state. Therefore, when a stone is formed, the effect of a microfiller appears, which reduces to the fact that finely dispersed fillers form additional crystallization centers of the substrate in the water-cement system. This is the chemical factor [3] On the other hand, the introduction of a microdispersed filler with an increased specific surface area, and hence free surface energy (physical factor), leads to more active interaction with hydrated neoplasms, increasing adhesion between them. All this generally contributes to the acceleration of hardening, increase of strength and resistance to water filtration through cement stone [4]. The introduction of a microdispersed filler causes structural changes in the capillary and total porosity in the hardened cement paste and is accompanied by a sharp decrease in their size and total amount, which leads to a decrease in water filtration through hardened stone [5] ie increase the resistance to fluid filtration during separation of the reservoirs. The cement mortar obtained from the grouting composition at a water-cement ratio of 0.5 is well pumped, has a high consistency, exhibits thixotropy and does not exfoliate in a static state, and has a reduced water sludge.
Additives containing talc, serpentine in a finely dispersed state increase the adherence of cement stone (adhesion) to smooth surfaces, give it hydrophobicity and a fairly high chemical resistance [6] According to calculations, when cement is added to 8-10% of the cement in the grouting composition, it will be 1.5- 1.7% of microfine asbestos, 6-8% of magnesium silicates (talc, serpentine, which is an analogue of talc).
The physicomechanical properties of the stone from the grouting composition were determined according to the current regulatory documents. The composition was prepared at the Sukholozhskcement Production Association in the order of production of an experimental batch by joint grinding of cement components and overburden additives supplied from the enterprises of the Uralasbest plant.
The resulting composition was closed in industrial water, the solution was mixed and poured into the chamber of a special stand, in which a stone sample was formed during the day under conditions close to the borehole. Then the fragility of the stone, its adhesion, and filtration resistance were determined. In parallel, a well-known grouting composition was prepared and tested.

As can be seen from the table, the use in the process of cement production of additives in the form of overburden obtained during the development of asbestos deposits improves the properties of cement stone. The proposed grouting composition is completely produced at the factory, and uniform mixing of the components is ensured by their joint grinding in mills.
The invention is implemented as follows. A composition is prepared at a cement plant and delivered to drilling enterprises. When cementing a well by mixing the composition with industrial water, a solution is obtained and pumped into the well.
Using the proposed composition eliminates the cost of manual labor, since the composition is produced at the factory in a completely ready-to-use form. In addition, the quality of separation of the formations uncovered by the well is improved due to the formation of high-quality cement stone from the composition.
