Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction of multi-storey buildings from building blocks.
Е 04 В 1/00, 1980). A well-known construction of a multi-storey building, including three-dimensional blocks installed floor-by-row in the longitudinal direction and made of two wall panels and a floor slab attached to the lower edges of the wall panels, each block of the subsequent row is mounted on and aligned with the side wall panels of the block of the downstream row one vertical (US patent N 4194339, CL E 04 In 1/00, 1980).
The disadvantage is the complexity of the design and installation of the building, due to the presence of dual wall panels of adjacent blocks, forming air gaps between them, requiring additional sealing and permanent fastening of one block to another and to the downstream blocks. In addition, careful alignment of the blocks with the sides of the wall panels in the longitudinal and vertical directions is required to ensure the stability of the building.
Е 04 В 1/38, 1984). Closest to the invention is a multi-storey building, comprising three-dimensional blocks made in the form of a floor plate and a wall panel supported on it and rigidly connected to it and installed floor-by-floor in rows with at least two three-dimensional blocks of the next row resting on at least two three-dimensional blocks of the underlying row and with rotation around the vertical axis (ed. St. USSR N 1090817, class E 04 B 1/38, 1984).
A disadvantage of the known device is the reduced stability of the building, due to the longitudinal arrangement of volumetric blocks and the design of the blocks themselves, which do not allow the installation of the building without the use of additional additional wall panels in each row of floor-mounted blocks, which, in turn, complicates the design and installation of the building.
In addition, the installation of blocks along the height of the building is possible only in conjunction with their installation along the length of the building, because the stability of the blocks of the next row cannot be ensured without installing an additional wall panel or an additional volume block in the underlying row of blocks. This, in turn, leads to the formation of a complex connection at the junction of adjacent building elements.
The solution to the problem is aimed at simplifying the design and installation of the building, increasing its stability, as well as expanding the architectural and planning capabilities by changing the design of volumetric blocks and their relative position along the height of the building.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that a multi-story building contains prefabricated spatial modules of three-dimensional blocks made in the form of a floor plate and supported on it and rigidly connected to it wall panel, offset from the side faces of the floor plate with the formation of the consoles of the latter on both sides of the wall panel, and installed in stages by rows with at least two blocks of the next row resting on at least two blocks of the underlying row with a rotation of 90 ° around the vertical axis of the blocks. Volumetric blocks of each module can be installed with the formation of an opening between them, and the length of the block in one direction is equal to the width of the blocks of the other direction and the openings between them.
The distinguishing feature of a multi-story building, including volume blocks made in the form of a floor slab and a wall panel supported on it and rigidly connected to it and installed floor-by-floor in rows with at least two volume blocks of the next row resting on at least two blocks of the underlying row and rotated around the vertical axis of the blocks, it is the fact that the wall panel of each volume block is offset relative to the side faces of the floor plate with the formation of the consoles of the latter on both sides of the wall panel, and the volume blocks of each after blowing series arranged at an angle of 90 relative to the underlying row of blocks to form a prefabricated space modules. In this case, volume blocks of each module can be installed with the formation of an aperture between them, and the length of the blocks of one direction is equal to the width of the blocks of the other direction and the openings between them.
This solution of a multi-storey building allows to increase its stability due to the uniform distribution of the load in the transverse and longitudinal directions due to the longitudinally-transverse arrangement of the volume blocks of the subsequent and underlying row of the module, and the selected cross-sectional shape of the volume block with a symmetric or asymmetric arrangement of the floor plate consoles relative to the wall panel allowed minimize the number of load-bearing building elements and thereby simplify the construction of the building.
The longitudinal-transverse arrangement of the volumetric blocks along the height of the building allows, in turn, to form prefabricated spatial modules that provide independent installation of the building in three directions - along the length, width and height of the building, i.e. separate modules or sections.
In addition, the design of spatial modules allows you to place them also with a rotation of 90 about a vertical axis relative to each other, which expands the architectural and planning capabilities depending on the design dimensions of the premises in the plan.
п. The installation of volumetric blocks of each module with the formation of an aperture between them, in which the length of the blocks of one direction is equal to the width of the blocks of the other direction and the openings between them, also allows you to expand the architectural capabilities of the building related to the layout of the premises, their sizes, the construction of staircases, etc.
In addition, longitudinal cuts of various shapes can be made in the central or end parts of the consoles of floor plates, and the openings between the module blocks can be partially or completely filled with additional floor or floor plates.

The multi-storey building consists of prefabricated spatial modules (Figs. 3, 4), including
The construction of the building is carried out by sequentially mounting the
