Claims (16)

1. Деталь (10), содержащая:
- подложку (20), по меньшей мере часть которой, смежная с поверхностью (S) подложки, выполнена из материала, содержащего кремний,
- подслой (30) сцепления, расположенный на поверхности (S) подложки и содержащий кремний,
- окружающий барьер (40), который содержит наружный слой (42) из керамики, покрывающий подслой (30) сцепления,
отличающаяся тем, что указанный окружающий барьер (40) дополнительно содержит самозаживляющийся внутренний слой (41), расположенный между подслоем (30) сцепления и наружным слоем (42), при этом указанный внутренний слой (41) содержит матрицу (41m), в которой диспергированы частицы (41р), образующие диоксид кремния, причем эти частицы (41р) могут генерировать фазу для затягивания трещин (41f) матрицы (41m) в присутствии кислорода, при этом внутренний слой имеет объемное содержание частиц (41р), составляющее от 20% до 40%.
2. Деталь (10) по п. 1, в которой частицы (41р) внутреннего слоя (41) включают в себя керамические частицы, предпочтительно частицы карбида кремния или нитрида кремния, или фазы МАХ, содержащей кремний, или смесь таких частиц.
3. Деталь (10) по п. 1 или 2, в которой частицы (41р) внутреннего слоя (41) включают в себя металлические частицы, предпочтительно частицы элемента кремния Si, или силицида металла, или смесь таких частиц.
4. Деталь (10) по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой частицы внутреннего слоя имеют средний размер, меньший или равный 5 мкм и предпочтительно меньший или равный 2 мкм.
5. Деталь (10) по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой внутренний слой имеет толщину, составляющую от 10 мкм до 300 мкм и предпочтительно от 100 мкм до 200 мкм.
6. Деталь (10) по любому из пп. 1-5, в которой матрица внутреннего слоя выполнена из силиката, предпочтительно из моносиликата или дисиликата редкоземельного металла, или из алюмосиликата, такого как муллит, или из кордиерита.
7. Деталь (10) по любому из пп. 1-6, в которой матрица внутреннего слоя и наружный слой выполнены из одного и того же материала.
8. Способ изготовления детали (10) согласно любому из пп. 1-7, включающий этапы:
- (Е1) нанесения подслоя (30) сцепления, содержащего кремний, на поверхность (S) подложки (20);
- (Е2) нанесения внутреннего слоя (41) окружающего барьера (40) на подслой (30) сцепления;
- (Е3) нанесения наружного слоя (42) окружающего барьера (40) на внутренний слой (41), при этом указанный наружный слой (42) выполняют из керамики.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором нанесение внутреннего слоя (41) осуществляют посредством плазменного напыления, при котором материал, предназначенный для формирования частиц, вводят в плазменную струю в виде суспензии в жидкой среде.
