Abstract

Claims (6)
- ケイ素基材と、ボンド層と、このボンド層上に設けられた追加の層と、を含む物品であって、前記ボンド層は、分散繊維を有するケイ素層を含み、少なくともいくつかの繊維は、前記ボンド層と前記追加の層との間に延びており、これらの繊維は、(1)アルミナ、(2)イットリア、(3)ケイ酸アルミニウム、(4)炭化ケイ素、(5)窒化ケイ素、(6)希土類元素、アルカリ土類元素、アルミニウム、ケイ素、酸素、イットリウム、窒素、ニオブ、タンタル、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、および炭素のそれぞれの化合物、および(1)〜(6)の混合物からなる群から選択された材料から構成されていることを特徴とする物品。
- 前記繊維は、10〜5000ミクロンの平均長さと1〜1000ミクロンの平均径を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の物品。
- 前記繊維は、50〜2000ミクロンの平均長さと5〜100ミクロンの平均径を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の物品。
- 前記繊維は、10〜90体積%の量で含まれていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の物品。
- 前記繊維は、40〜75体積%の量で含まれていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の物品。
- 前記繊維の少なくとも5体積%は、前記ボンド層と前記追加の層との間に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の物品。
