For the production of a volumetric element with a curved surface (3D panel) made of fiberglass, a master mold is used. The production process consists of stages:
1. Preparation of the master mold: cleaning, reliable fixation of the mold, processing with a release agent.
2. Preparation of the molding composition: the components are added to the polyester resin according to the technological map, evacuated.
3. The casting mixture is poured into the master mold, vibrated, the temperature of the mixture and air is controlled, and the stages of polymerization are monitored.

Production of monolithic slab from laminated material and fiberglass sheets. The production process consists of stages:
1. Carry out the preparation of the formwork corresponding to the shape of the panel.
2. Prepare belt inserts for the formation of cavities (if necessary, their presence in the finished product.)
3. Prepare the composition: add components to the polyester resin according to the flow chart, evacuate.
4. Reinforcing material and binder are laid alternately.
5. Control the temperature of the workpiece and air, monitoring the stages of polymerization.
6. Post-cure the panel.
7. The panel is machined.
The process of gluing a volumetric element with a curved surface and a monolithic slab of laminated material:
Preparation of 3D panels and bases: cleaning and removing the paraffin film.
Preparation of the composition: the components are added to the polyester resin according to the technological map.
The composition is applied to the 3D panel and the base with an even layer.
The 3D panel and the base are pressed and fixed, smudges are removed.
3D panels on a monolithic slab.
A 3D panel made in the form of a three-dimensional pattern made of fiberglass is glued into a monolithic fiberglass plate.
Installation is carried out on a subsystem for ventilated facades.
The mount can be:
- видимое (посредством вытяжных заклепок через тело плиты).- visible (by means of blind rivets through the slab body).
- hidden (by means of clamps, ikli, agraphs, etc.)
Industrial applicability.
The proposed facing panel of the ventilated facade of the building can be carried out by a specialist in practice and, when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The possibility of implementation in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the formula of a utility model based on the description, a material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion "industrial applicability" for the utility model and the criterion "completeness of disclosure" for the utility model are met.
In accordance with the proposed solution, the applicant made a prototype of the cladding panel of the ventilated facade of the building. A variant of the frame was used from a perforated facade cassette, from interconnected aluminum or metal corners, from a honeycomb cassette, from a corrugated cassette and from a hollow plate.
Tests of variants of all these prototypes of the ventilated building facade cladding panel have shown that they provide the possibility of quick installation of the panel and its reliable fixation. All this, ultimately, ensures the achievement of the achieved technical result - the possibility of facing the facades of buildings with a ventilated facade with decorative volumetric elements of various architecture and design.
In addition, the achieved technical result: with these technical solutions, it is possible to execute a utility model (facade cassettes) instead of expensive natural facade materials (marble, granite, travertine), and also allows you to avoid large labor costs when installing a small-piece facade "Clinker, brick" (since such works are carried out by the piece of each element), and also to avoid the "seasonality" of the work (only at a positive temperature not lower than + 5 ° С).
