Claims (1)

The method of cyanoacrylate obliteration of the veins, consisting of the fact that under local anesthesia under ultrasound control (UT) the 18G needle puncture the large saphenous vein (GSV) or small saphenous vein (MPV), then follow the needle to the vein with a common femoral needle a vein or, in the case of an operation on an MPV, up to a fistula with a popliteal vein and further along the conductor, an Introducer 7F or 6F of 40 cm or more in length is inserted; characterized in that the positioning of the introducer in the vein is carried out 1.5–2 cm from the SPS (or SPS), and a hollow tube is attached to one of the ends of the two-way tap of the introducer, which goes to the surgical aspirator and connects to the collection tank; the “closed” or “off” position in the place where the tube is connected, the suction device is subsequently switched on, which creates a negative pressure in the system up to 0.08 MPa (0.79 atm), while the intruder tap is closed and then through the introducer give birth to glue ter, the tip of which is set exactly at the end of the introducer, and with the help of pressure clamps produce percutaneous compression of the SPS or ATP and then with a negative pressure of the aspirator system, the intruder tap opens so that the negative pressure extends along the introducer to the internal lumen of the veins, which leads to the emptying of the veins from venous blood and the "collapse" of its walls around the glue catheter, and then produce the introducer along the adhesive catheter in the distal direction and then to Anik set in position «off», thus venous vessel at negative pressure ceases to act, and then produce a flow of the adhesive compositions of the glued catheter rate of 1 drop (0.03 ml) to 1 cm 2 and the latter is gradually withdrawn from the vein lumen.
