Claims (38)

1. Композиция, содержащая:
(a) по меньшей мере, один полимерный ароматический карбодиимид формулы (I)
R1-R2-(-N=C=N-R2-)m-R1 (I),
где
m представляет собой целое число от 2 до 500, предпочтительно от 3 до 20, более предпочтительно от 4 до 10,
R2 представляет собой C1-C12-алкил-замещенные арилены, C7-C18-алкиларил-замещенные арилены и необязательно C1-C12-алкил-замещенные алкилен-мостиковые арилены, содержащие всего от 7 до 30 атомов углерода, и арилен, и
R1 представляет собой -NCO, -NCNR3, -NHCONHR3, -NHCONR3R4 или -NHCOOR5,
где R3 и R4 одинаковые или разные и представляют собой C1-C12-алкильный, C6-C12-циклоалкильный, C7-C18-аралкильный или арильный радикал, и
R5 представляет собой C1-C22-алкильный, C6-C12-циклоалкильный, C6-C18-арильный или C7-C18-аралкильный радикал и ненасыщенный алкильный радикал, имеющий 2-22 атома углерода, или алкоксиполиоксиалкиленовый радикал,
(b) по меньшей мере, один эпоксид, предпочтительно имеющий, по меньшей мере, 2 эпоксидные группы, и
(c) по меньшей мере, один термопластичный полимер на основе сложного полиэфира, выбранный из группы, включающей полиэтилентерефталат (PET), политриметилентерефталат (PTT), термопластичные сложные полиэфирные эластомеры (TPE E), этиленвинилацетат (EVA), полимолочную кислоту (PLA) и/или производные PLA, полибутиленсукцинаты (PBS), полигидроксиалканоаты (PHA) и различные смеси, термопластичные полиуретаны, полиуретановые эластомеры, PU-адгезивы и PU герметизирующие смолы.
2. Композиция по п. 1, характеризующаяся тем, что полимерные ароматические карбодиимиды представляют собой соединения формулы (II)

где R1 выбран из группы, включающей -NCO, -NHCONHR3, -NHCONR3R4 или NHCOOR5,
где R3 и R4 одинаковые или разные и представляют собой C1-C12-алкильный, C6-C12-циклоалкильный, C7-C18-аралкильный радикал или арильный радикал,
R5 представляет собой C1-C22-алкильный, C6-C12-циклоалкильный, C6-C18-арильный или C7-C18-аралкильный радикал, и ненасыщенный алкильный радикал, имеющий 2-22 атома углерода, предпочтительно 12-20, особо предпочтительно 16-18 атомов углерода, или алкоксиполиоксиалкиленовый радикал, и
R6, R7 и R8 каждый независимо представляет собой метил или этил, где каждое бензольное кольцо несет только одну метильную группу и n имеет значение от 1 до 10.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, характеризующаяся тем, что эпоксид представляет собой эпоксид, имеющий, по меньшей мере, 2 эпоксидные группы.
4. Композиция по п. 3, характеризующаяся тем, что эпоксид представляет собой олигомерный продукт взаимодействия бисфенола A с эпихлоргидрином, имеющим среднюю молекулярную массу (согласно EN ISO 10927) от 900 до 1200г/моль и эпоксидный индекс (согласно ISO 3001) от 450 до 600 г на эквивалент.
5. Композиция по п. 3, характеризующаяся тем, что эпоксид представляет собой олигомерный продукт взаимодействия бисфенола А с эпихлоргидрином формулы (III),

где a равно от 0 до 10, предпочтительно a равно от 1 до 8, еще предпочтительнее a равно от 1 до 6, особо предпочтительно от 2 до 3, где a представляет собой среднее число.
6. Композиция по п. 3, характеризующаяся тем, что эпоксид представляет собой соединение, содержащее следующие звенья:

где R9, R10 представляют собой независимо друг от друга H, C1-C8-алкил, R11 представляет собой независимо друг от друга C1-C8-алкил, x, y=1-20, z=2-20, где концевые группы R* обозначают H, C1-C8-алкил в любой последовательности.
7. Композиция по п. 3, характеризующаяся тем, что эпоксид представляет собой соединение формулы (IV)

где R9, R10 представляют собой H, C1-C8-алкил, R11 представляет собой C1-C8-алкил, x, y имеют значения 1-20 и z имеет значение 2-20, и R* представляет собой H, C1-C8-алкил.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, характеризующаяся тем, что указанная композиция содержит a), b) и c) в следующих пропорциях:
a) 0,2-2% масс., предпочтительно 0,4-1,5% масс., более предпочтительно 0,5-1,0% масс.,
b) 0,05-4% масс., предпочтительно 0,1-2% масс., более предпочтительно 0,5-1,5% масс.,
c) 94-99,75% масс., предпочтительно 96,5-99,5% масс., более предпочтительно 97,5-99,0% масс.
9. Способ получения композиции по любому из пп. 1-7, характеризующийся тем, что компоненты a) и b) смешивают, по меньшей мере, с одним термопластичным полимером на основе сложного полиэфира c).
10. Способ получения композиции по п. 9, характеризующийся тем, что компоненты a) и b) смешивают, по меньшей мере, с одним термопластичным полимером на основе сложного полиэфира c) при температурах 160-330°C.
11. Готовое изделие, предпочтительно готовое изделие, устойчивое к гидролизу, получаемое смешиванием композиций по любому из пп. 1-7, по меньшей мере, в одном перемешивающем агрегате, предпочтительно компаундере (аппарате интенсивного перемешивания), и дальнейшей обработкой способом инжекционного формования или экструзии с получением формованных материалов.
12. Применение композиций по любому из пп. 1-7 для получения экструзией готовых изделий, предпочтительно для упаковки или солнечных батарей.
