Claims (43)

4. Способ по п.1, где гуманизированное антитело к DKK2 нацелено на нейтрализующий эпитоп DDK2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 5.
5. Способ по п.1, где гуманизированное антитело к DKK2 содержит по меньшей мере одну из аминокислотных последовательностей, выбранных из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2 и 3.
6. Способ по п.1, где злокачественная опухоль выбрана из группы, состоящей из колоректального рака, рака поджелудочной железы, рака желудка, злокачественной опухоли кишечника, рака поджелудочной железы и рака пищевода.

26. Способ стимуляции опосредованного T-клетками иммунного ответа на популяцию клеток или ткань у субъекта, включающий введение субъекту эффективного количества гуманизированного антитела к Dickkopf2 (к DKK2) или его фрагмента с фармацевтически приемлемым носителем.
27. Способ по п.26, где гуманизированное антитело к DKK2 нацелено на нейтрализующий эпитоп DDK2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 5.

Способ диагностики злокачественной опухоли или предрасположенности к развитию злокачественной опухоли у субъекта, включающий определение уровня экспрессии гена DKK2 в биологическом образце от субъекта, где увеличение уровня экспрессии DKK2 в биологическом образце от субъекта по сравнению с уровнем экспрессии DKK2 в контрольном биологическом образце от субъекта, не имеющего злокачественной опухоли, является показателем того, что субъект имеет злокачественную опухоль или предрасположенность к развитию злокачественной опухоли, и где, когда злокачественную опухоль или предрасположенность к развитию злокачественной опухоли детектируют у субъекта, субъекту рекомендуют лечение гуманизированным антителом к DKK2.

41. Композиция, содержащая гуманизированное антитело к Dickkopf2 (к DKK2), нацеленное на эпитоп DKK2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 5.
42. Набор для диагностики злокачественной опухоли или предрасположенности к развитию злокачественной опухоли, или метастазирования у субъекта, содержащий гуманизированное антитело к DKK2, нацеленное на эпитоп DKK2, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 5.
