Claims (1)
- Красноизлучающий фотолюминофор для экранов плазменных панелей на основе боратов редкоземельных элементов, отличающийся тем, что в он синтезирован в виде бората Sr3Bi2(BO3)4 и серия допированных европием боратов Sr3Bi2(BO3)4:Eu3+, кристаллическая структура которых состоит из изолированных треугольных радикалов ВО3 и трех независимых полиэдров для катионов M1, М2, М3, которые связываясь по вершинам, ребрам и граням формируют каркас, в котором Sr и Bi частично разупорядочены по M1-М3 позициям.
