Claims (5)
1. Способ получения сферического порошка монокарбида вольфрама WC, включающий расплавление исходного материала, распыление расплава с формированием сферического порошка, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходного материала используют крупку монокарбида вольфрама, расплавление и распыление исходного материала осуществляют путем непрерывной подачи крупки во вращающийся тигель установки центробежного распыления в атмосфере азота и плавления ее плазменной дугой, после чего осуществляют отжиг полученного порошка при температуре 1200-1400°C в течение времени, необходимого для распада W2C, и последующее охлаждение с печью.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходного материала используют крупку монокарбида вольфрама WC с размером частиц 20-80 мкм.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отжиг полученного порошка осуществляют в течение 1,5-2 часов.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что получают порошок с размером частиц от 10 мкм до 2,5 мм.
5. Сферический порошок монокарбида вольфрама WC, отличающийся тем, что он получен способом по любому из пп. 1-3 и имеет размер частиц от 10 мкм до 2,5 мм.
