Способ ведения восстановительной плавки, включающий в себя дозирование рудной части и углеродистых восстановителей, загрузку их в руднотермическую электрическую печь, карботермическое восстановление, выпуск расплава из печи, отличающийся тем, что в период снижения производительности печи, в печь одновременно с ведением восстановительной плавки загружают мелкие фракции продуктов восстановительной плавки размером 0-40 мм, в количестве 0,5-15,0 кг на 1 МВТ активной мощности печи.1.
