Claims (12)

1. Способ декодирования видеосигнала, использующий блок-кандидат на слияние, содержащий шаги:
определение, декодирован ли уже пространственный блок-кандидат на слияние;
определение, на основе информации уровня параллельного слияния, находятся ли текущий блок предсказания и пространственный блок-кандидат на слияние в одной и той же области оценки движения (MER);
определение пространственного блока-кандидата на слияние как доступного блока-кандидата на слияние для межкадрового предсказания текущего блока предсказания, если пространственный блок-кандидат на слияние уже декодирован и не находится в той же MER, что и текущий блок предсказания;
получение информации о движении из доступного блока-кандидата на слияние, причем информация о движении содержит, по меньшей мере, одно из: информация о векторе движения или информация опорного изображения;
формирование списка кандидатов на слияние для текущего блока предсказания, причем список кандидатов на слияние включает доступный блок-кандидат на слияние; и
выполнение межкадрового предсказания текущего блока предсказания на основе списка кандидатов на слияние.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что информация уровня параллельного слияния представляет собой информацию, относящуюся к размеру MER.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что определение, находятся ли текущий блок предсказания и пространственный блок-кандидат на слияние в одной и той же MER, выполняют с использованием информации о местоположении в дополнение к информации об уровне параллельного слияния, причем информация о местоположении содержит информацию о местоположении текущего блока предсказания и информацию о местоположении пространственного блока-кандидата на слияние.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что если значение, полученное в результате операции битового сдвига информации о местоположении текущего блока предсказания не равно значению, полученному в результате операции битового сдвига информации о местоположении пространственного блока-кандидата на слияние, то определяют, что пространственный блок-кандидат на слияние не находится с текущим блоком предсказания в одной и той же MER.
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что операцию битового сдвига выполняют с использованием информации уровня параллельного слияния.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что межкадровое предсказание каждого из блоков предсказания в MER выполняют параллельно.
