Claims (51)
1. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура, основная масса которой составляет от приблизительно 35 грамм на квадратный метр (г/м2) до приблизительно 65 г/м2, жесткость при изгибе в направлении обработки (MD) составляет от приблизительно 0,2 мН·см до приблизительно 7 мН·см, и показатель повторного намокания составляет от приблизительно 0,2 г до приблизительно 7,0 г.
2. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 1, характеризующаяся тем, что показатель повторного намокания составляет от приблизительно 0,3 г до приблизительно 6,0 г.
3. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 1, характеризующаяся тем, что показатель повторного намокания составляет от приблизительно 0,5 г до приблизительно 4,0 г.
4. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 1, содержащая:
первый волокнистый компонент;
второй волокнистый компонент; и
третий волокнистый компонент, сформированный из двухкомпонентных волокон.
5. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 4, характеризующаяся тем, что первый волокнистый компонент содержит вискозу, а второй волокнистый компонент содержит полиэтилентерефталат (PET).
6. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 4, характеризующаяся тем, что первый волокнистый компонент образует от приблизительно 35% до приблизительно 60% по весу гидроспутанной волокнистой структуры.
7. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 4, характеризующаяся тем, что второй волокнистый компонент образует от приблизительно 5% до приблизительно 30% по весу гидроспутанной волокнистой структуры.
8. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 4, характеризующаяся тем, что третий волокнистый компонент образует от приблизительно 30% до приблизительно 55% по весу гидроспутанной волокнистой структуры.
9. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура, содержащая:
от приблизительно 30% до приблизительно 60% по весу целлюлозных волокон;
от приблизительно 5% до приблизительно 30% по весу нецеллюлозных волокон; и
от приблизительно 30% до приблизительно 55% по весу связующих волокон на основе полиолефинов.
10. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, содержащая:
от приблизительно 35% до приблизительно 55% по весу целлюлозных волокон;
от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 25% по весу нецеллюлозных волокон; и
от приблизительно 35% до приблизительно 50% по весу связующих волокон на основе полиолефинов.
11. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, содержащая:
от приблизительно 36% до приблизительно 45% по весу целлюлозных волокон;
от приблизительно 15% до приблизительно 24% по весу нецеллюлозных волокон; и
от приблизительно 36% до приблизительно 45% по весу связующих волокон на основе полиолефинов.
12. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, в которой целлюлозные волокна представляют собой вискозные волокна, нецеллюлозные волокна представляют собой полиэтилентерефталатные (PET) волокна, а связующие волокна на основе полиолефинов представляют собой двухкомпонентные волокна, содержащие полиэтилен.
13. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, характеризующаяся тем, что основная масса составляет от приблизительно 35 грамм на квадратный метр (г/м2) до приблизительно 65 г/м2.
14. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, характеризующаяся тем, что основная масса составляет от приблизительно 40 г/м2 до приблизительно 60 г/м2.
15. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, характеризующаяся тем, что основная масса составляет от приблизительно 45 г/м2 до приблизительно 55 г/м2.
16. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, характеризующаяся жесткостью при изгибе в направлении обработки (MD) от приблизительно 0,2 мН·см до приблизительно 7 мН·см и показателем повторного намокания от приблизительно 0,2 г до приблизительно 7,0 г.
17. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, характеризующаяся тем, что температура размягчения первой части связующего волокна на основе полиолефина ниже температуры размягчения второй части связующего волокна на основе полиолефина.
18. Гидроспутанная волокнистая структура по п. 9, содержащая:
приблизительно 40% по весу вискозных волокон;
приблизительно 20% по весу полиэтилентерефталатных (PET) волокон; и
приблизительно 40% по весу двухкомпонентных волокон.
19. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:
верхний лист;
абсорбирующую сердцевину; и
вспомогательный верхний лист, расположенный между верхним листом и абсорбирующей сердцевиной, при этом вспомогательный верхний лист содержит гидроспутанную волокнистую структуру, характеризующуюся основной массой от приблизительно 35 грамм на квадратный метр (г/м2) до приблизительно 65 г/м2,
жесткостью при изгибе в направлении обработки (MD) от приблизительно 0,2 мН·см до приблизительно 7 мН·см, и показателем повторного намокания от приблизительно 0,2 г до приблизительно 7,0 г.
20. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 19, характеризующееся тем, что гидроспутанная волокнистая структура содержит:
первый волокнистый компонент;
второй волокнистый компонент; и
третий волокнистый компонент, причем данный третий волокнистый компонент сформирован из двухкомпонентных волокон.
21. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 20, характеризующееся тем, что указанные двухкомпонентные волокна содержат полиэтилен.
22. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 20, характеризующееся тем, что первый волокнистый компонент содержит вискозу, а второй волокнистый компонент содержит полиэтилентерефталат (PET).
23. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 20, характеризующееся тем, что двухкомпонентные волокна образует от приблизительно 30% до приблизительно 55% по весу гидроспутанной волокнистой структуры.
24. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 19, характеризующееся тем, что к верхнему листу прикреплен вспомогательный верхний лист.
25. Нетканое полотно, полученное с помощью способа, содержащего:
гидроспутывание волокнистой структуры, при этом волокнистая структура содержит первый волокнистый компонент, второй волокнистый компонент и третий волокнистый компонент, причем третий волокнистый компонент сформирован из двухкомпонентных волокон, содержащих первый материал и второй материал, причем
температура размягчения первого материала, входящего в состав двухкомпонентного волокна, ниже температуры размягчения второго материала;
в сущности, высушивание гидроспутанной волокнистой структуры для удаления влаги; и
нагревание в сущности высушенной гидроспутанной волокнистой структуры до температуры, при которой обеспечивается упрочнение волокнистой структуры, при этом указанная температура выше температуры размягчения первого материала и ниже температуры размягчения второго материала.
