Claims (35)
1. Клапан для установки в просвет организма, содержащий:
корпус;
обод по существу цилиндрической формы, расположенный на первом конце клапана, причем обод по существу цилиндрической формы имеет проксимальный конец и дистальный конец;
отверстие, расположенное на втором конце клапана, содержащее одну или более створок, причем отверстие имеет закрытую конфигурацию, в которой створки закрыты, открытую в антеградном направлении конфигурацию, в которой створки открыты под действием антеградной силы, и открытую в ретроградном направлении конфигурацию, в которой створки открыты под действием ретроградной силы; и
армирующий элемент, соединенный с ободом по существу цилиндрической формы, причем армирующий элемент ограничивается ободом по существу цилиндрической формы.
2. Клапан по п. 1, в котором отверстие содержит по меньшей мере три створки.
3. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент располагается между проксимальным и дистальным концами обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
4. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент соединен с внутренним диаметром обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
5. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент соединен с наружным диаметром обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
6. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент сформован внутри обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
7. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент выполнен как единое целое с ободом по существу цилиндрической формы.
8. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент содержит сетчатый материал.
9. Клапан по п. 8, в котором сетка содержит полимерный материал.
10. Клапан по п. 8, в котором сетка содержит металлический материал.
11. Клапан по п. 1, в котором армирующий элемент содержит полимерную пленку.
12. Клапан по п. 1, в котором клапан содержит полимерный материал.
13. Клапан по п. 11, в котором прочность на разрыв полимерной пленки выше, чем прочность на разрыв материала, использованного для создания обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
14. Клапан по п. 1, в котором корпус имеет внутреннюю поверхность и наружную поверхность, причем в закрытой конфигурации внутренняя поверхность по существу вогнутая, а наружная поверхность по существу выпуклая.
15. Клапан по п. 1, в котором корпус имеет внутреннюю поверхность и наружную поверхность, причем в открытой в антеградном направлении конфигурации внутренняя поверхность по существу вогнутая, а наружная поверхность по существу выпуклая.
16. Клапан по п. 1, в котором корпус имеет внутреннюю поверхность и наружную поверхность, причем в открытой в ретроградном направлении конфигурации внутренняя поверхность по существу выпуклая, а наружная поверхность по существу вогнутая.
17. Клапан по п. 1, в котором корпус клапана в открытой в ретроградном направлении конфигурации вывернут.
18. Имплантируемое устройство для расположения в просвете организма, причем имплантируемое устройство содержит:
стент по существу цилиндрической формы со сквозным внутренним просветом; и
клапан, содержащий корпус, обод по существу цилиндрической формы, отверстие и армирующий элемент, причем армирующий элемент соединен с ободом по существу цилиндрической формы;
причем клапан соединен с внутренним просветом стента по существу цилиндрической формы посредством шовного элемента, проходящего сквозь армирующий элемент клапана.
19. Имплантируемое устройство по п. 18, в котором шовный элемент проходит через стенку стента по существу цилиндрической формы, обод клапана по существу цилиндрической формы и армирующий элемент.
20. Имплантируемое устройство по п. 18, в котором армирующий элемент соединен с внутренним диаметром обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
21. Имплантируемое устройство по п. 18, в котором армирующий элемент соединен с наружным диаметром обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
22. Имплантируемое устройство по п. 18, в котором армирующий элемент сформован внутри обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
23. Имплантируемое устройство по п. 18, в котором прочность на разрыв армирующего элемента выше, чем прочность на разрыв материала, использованного для создания обода по существу цилиндрической формы.
24. Способ изготовления имплантируемого устройства для расположения в просвете организма, причем способ включает этапы:
получение металлического стента по существу цилиндрической формы, причем стент по существу цилиндрической формы имеет сквозной внутренний просвет;
получение клапана, причем клапан содержит корпус, обод по существу цилиндрической формы, отверстие и армирующий элемент; и
соединение клапана с внутренним просветом стента по существу цилиндрической формы посредством шовного элемента, проходящего через армирующий элемент клапана.
25. Способ по п. 24, дополнительно включающий соединение армирующего элемента с ободом по существу цилиндрической формы до этапа соединения клапана с внутренним просветом стента по существу цилиндрической формы.
