Abstract

1. Препрег, содержащий термоотверждаемую смолу и армирующие волокна в термоотверждаемой смоле,в котором во время отверждения препрега только в условиях вакуумного мешка препрег удовлетворяет следующим условиям (1) и (2):(1) 100≤t≤2000,(2) t<t≤350,где t=t+t(в минутах), где tпредставляет собой время (в минутах) нагревания от 20°C до температуры первоначальной выдержки 120°C; и tпредставляет собой время (в минутах) выдержки при 120°C до тех пор, пока препрег достигнет 30% затухания (ультразвука), которое определяется с помощью неразрушающего ультразвукового контроля (NDI);t=t+t(в минутах), где tпредставляет собой время (в минутах) нагревания от 20°C до температуры первоначальной выдержки 120°C, и tпредставляет собой время выдержки (в минутах) при 120°C до тех пор, пока препрег достигнет степени отверждения 20%, которая определяется с помощью дифференциального сканирующего калориметра (DSC); в котором термоотверждаемая смола содержит ускоритель для уменьшения t, в то же время обеспечивающий время консолидации t.2. Claims (16)

1. Препрег, содержащий термоотверждаемую смолу и армирующие волокна в термоотверждаемой смоле,
в котором во время отверждения препрега только в условиях вакуумного мешка препрег удовлетворяет следующим условиям (1) и (2):
(1) 100≤ti≤2000,
(2) ti<t20≤350,
где ti=t1+t2 (в минутах), где t1 представляет собой время (в минутах) нагревания от 20°C до температуры первоначальной выдержки 120°C; и t2 представляет собой время (в минутах) выдержки при 120°C до тех пор, пока препрег достигнет 30% затухания (ультразвука), которое определяется с помощью неразрушающего ультразвукового контроля (NDI);

6. Препрег по п. 1, в котором количество ускорителя составляет приблизительно от 0,5 до приблизительно 10 массовых частей на 100 массовых частей термоотверждаемой смолы.
7. Препрег по п. 1, в котором препрег содержит компонент, содержащий группу сульфоновой кислоты.

9. Препрег по п. 1, в котором препрег содержит компонент, содержащий тозильную группу.
10. Препрег по п. 1, в котором препрег содержит компонент, содержащий ароматическую соль сульфония.
11. Препрег по п. 1, в котором термоотверждаемая смола имеет Tg≥180°C, когда отверждается при 180°C в течение 2 ч.
12. Препрег по п. 1, в котором ускоритель не уменьшает Tg термоотверждаемой смолы ниже 180°C, когда препрег отверждается при 180°C в течение 2 ч.
13. Способ переработки препрега, содержащего термоотверждаемую смолу, причем способ включает в себя:
определение времени консолидации путем отверждения препрега в печи в условиях вакуумного мешка и
определение потери на затухание препрега, и регистрацию времени, когда потеря на затухание достигнет 30%, и определение времени, за которое процент отверждения термоотверждаемой смолы достигает 20%.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором во время отверждения препрега только в условиях вакуумного мешка препрег удовлетворяет следующим условиям (1) и (2):
(1) 100≤ti≤2000,
(2) ti<t20≤350,
в котором термоотверждаемая смола содержит ускоритель для уменьшения t20, в то же время обеспечивающий время консолидации ti;
в котором ti=t1+t2 (в минутах), где t1 представляет собой время (в минутах) нагревания от 20°C до температуры первоначальной выдержки 120°C; и t2 представляет собой время (в минутах) выдержки при 120°C до тех пор, пока препрег достигнет 30% затухания (ультразвука), которое определяется с помощью неразрушающего ультразвукового контроля (NDI);
t20=t1+t3 (в минутах), где t1 представляет собой время (в минутах) нагревания от 20°C до температуры первоначальной выдержки 120°C, и t3 представляет собой время выдержки (в минутах) при 120°C до тех пор, пока препрег достигнет степени отверждения 20%, которая определяется с помощью дифференциального сканирующего калориметра (DSC); в котором термоотверждаемая смола содержит ускоритель для уменьшения t20, в то же время обеспечивающий время консолидации ti.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором способ удовлетворяет следующим условиям (1) и (2):
(1) 100≤ti≤2000,
(2) 80<t20≤150.
16. Отвержденный, армированный волокном композитный материал, получаемый термическим отверждением препрега по п. 1.
