Abstract
1. Ловушка NOпо п. 1, где подложка представляет собой проточный монолит.3. Ловушка NOпо п. 1, где на подложке размещают первый слой, на первом слое размещают второй слой, а на втором слое размещают третий слой.4. Ловушка NOпо п. 1, где первый металл платиновой группы выбирают из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины, золота или их смесей.5. Claims (14)
1. Ловушка NOx, включающая подложку и:
(а) первый слой, содержащий первый металл платиновой группы, первый компонент аккумулирования NOx и первый носитель;
(b) второй слой, содержащий второй металл платиновой группы, второй компонент аккумулирования NOx и второй носитель; и
(с) третий слой, содержащий родий и третий носитель,
где первый слой характеризуется уровнем введения металла платиновой группы, который находится в диапазоне от 1% до 40% от уровня введения металла платиновой группы во второй слой, при этом первый компонент аккумулирования NOx и второй компонент аккумулирования NOx являются идентичными, и идентичными являются первый носитель и второй носитель.
2. Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где подложка представляет собой проточный монолит.
3. Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где на подложке размещают первый слой, на первом слое размещают второй слой, а на втором слое размещают третий слой.
4. Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где первый металл платиновой группы выбирают из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины, золота или их смесей.

Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где первый носитель и второй носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, диоксида кремния, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, оксида магния, диоксида церия, оксида ниобия, оксидов тантала, оксидов молибдена, оксидов вольфрама и их смешанных оксидов или композитных оксидов.
8. Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где первый компонент аккумулирования NOx и второй компонент аккумулирования NOx содержат щелочноземельный металл, щелочной металл, редкоземельный металл или их смеси.
9. Ловушка NOx по п. 8, где первый компонент аккумулирования NOx и второй компонент аккумулирования NOx содержат барий, церий или их смеси.
10. Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где третий носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из оксида церия, смешанного оксида церия-циркония или оксида алюминия, стабилизированного при использовании редкоземельного, щелочноземельного или переходного металла.
11. Ловушка NOx по п. 1, где уровень введения металла платиновой группы в первый слой находится в диапазоне от 5% до 30% от уровня введения металла платиновой группы во второй слой.
12. Выхлопная система двигателей внутреннего сгораний, включающая ловушку NOx по п. 1.
13. Выхлопная система по п. 12, дополнительно содержащая катализатор окисления, сажевый фильтр или их комбинации.
14. Способ обработки выхлопных газов из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, включающий введение выхлопных газов в контакт с ловушкой NOx по п. 1.
