Abstract

1. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов, характеризующийся тем, что он содержит подложку катализатора, в которой сформировано множество каналов для выхлопного газа, и слой катализатора, сформированный на поверхности каналов для выхлопного газа в подложке катализатора; в котором слой катализатора, состоящий из нижнего слоя катализатора, верхнего слоя катализатора, обращенного наружной стороной внутрь каналов для выхлопного газа, и промежуточного слоя катализатора, расположенного между нижним слоем катализатора и верхним слоем катализатора, выполнен таким образом, чтобы он покрывал не менее 25% от поверхности канала для выхлопного газа, и в котором нижний слой катализатора содержит, по меньшей мере, кислородопоглощающий агент в качестве компонента катализатора, но не содержит адсорбента углеводорода, причем промежуточный слой катализатора содержит, по меньшей мере, металлический катализатор, нанесенный на носитель из оксида металла, и адсорбент углеводорода в качестве компонентов катализатора, а верхний слой катализатора содержит, по меньшей мере, кислородопоглощающий агент и адсорбент углеводорода в качестве компонентов катализатора.2. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1, в котором промежуточный слой катализатора состоит из двух или более слоев, которые имеют различные компоненты катализатора и/или обладают различными содержаниями компонентов катализатора.3. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, вкотором, помимо кислородопоглощающего агента и адсорбента углеводорода, верхний слой катализатора также содержит металлический катализатор, нанесенный на носитель из оксида метал�

Claims (18)

1. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов, характеризующийся тем, что он содержит подложку катализатора, в которой сформировано множество каналов для выхлопного газа, и слой катализатора, сформированный на поверхности каналов для выхлопного газа в подложке катализатора; в котором слой катализатора, состоящий из нижнего слоя катализатора, верхнего слоя катализатора, обращенного наружной стороной внутрь каналов для выхлопного газа, и промежуточного слоя катализатора, расположенного между нижним слоем катализатора и верхним слоем катализатора, выполнен таким образом, чтобы он покрывал не менее 25% от поверхности канала для выхлопного газа, и в котором нижний слой катализатора содержит, по меньшей мере, кислородопоглощающий агент в качестве компонента катализатора, но не содержит адсорбента углеводорода, причем промежуточный слой катализатора содержит, по меньшей мере, металлический катализатор, нанесенный на носитель из оксида металла, и адсорбент углеводорода в качестве компонентов катализатора, а верхний слой катализатора содержит, по меньшей мере, кислородопоглощающий агент и адсорбент углеводорода в качестве компонентов катализатора.
2. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1, в котором промежуточный слой катализатора состоит из двух или более слоев, которые имеют различные компоненты катализатора и/или обладают различными содержаниями компонентов катализатора.
3. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в
котором, помимо кислородопоглощающего агента и адсорбента углеводорода, верхний слой катализатора также содержит металлический катализатор, нанесенный на носитель из оксида металла.
4. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 3, в котором 1-10 мас.% от всего содержания металлического катализатора содержится в верхнем слое катализатора.
5. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором металлический катализатор представляет собой платину, палладий, иридий, золото, серебро или смесь платины и палладия.
6. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором каждый из промежуточного и верхнего слоев катализатора содержит 0,2-5,0 мас.% металлического катализатора относительно комбинированной массы металлического катализатора и оксида металла.
7. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором адсорбент углеводорода в верхнем слое катализатора или промежуточном слое катализатора представляет собой структуру цеолита или металлосиликата, в которой атомы кремния или алюминия в кристаллической решетке цеолита замещены атомами переходного металла.
8. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 7, в котором цеолит представляет собой цеолит типа BEA, FAU, MFI, FER или CHA или смесь любых двух или более из них.
9. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором кислородопоглощающий агент в верхнем слое катализатора и нижнем слое катализатора представляет собой оксид церия, сложный
оксид церия и циркония, или же оксид церия или сложный оксид церия и циркония, к которому был добавлен лантан, празеодим или неодим.
10. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, содержащий 10-20 г/л кислородопоглощающего агента, 5-30 г/л адсорбента углеводорода и 0,1-5,0 г/л металлического катализатора.
11. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором 20-50 мас.% от общего содержания кислородопоглощающего агента содержится в нижнем слое.
12. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором 30-50 мас.% от общего содержания адсорбента углеводорода содержится в верхнем слое катализатора.
13. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором 30-50 мас.% от общего содержания адсорбента углеводорода содержится в промежуточном слое катализатора, а 50-70 мас.% от общего содержания адсорбента углеводорода содержится в верхнем слое катализатора.
14. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором подложка катализатора имеет сотовидную цилиндрическую форму, в которой каналы для выхлопного газа проходят от одной поверхности насквозь к другой поверхности цилиндра; или форму волокнистого пористого тела, форму листа или керамическую форму.
15. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в котором подложка катализатора и нижний слой катализатора сформированы как одно целое в виде сотовидного цилиндра.
16. Катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2, в
котором нижний слой образован из суспензии, нанесенной на подложку катализатора.
17. Система выпуска для дизельного двигателя внутреннего сгорания, содержащая катализатор окисления выхлопных газов по п. 1 или 2.
18. Система выпуска по п. 16, содержащая фильтр для задержания частиц, выпускаемых из дизельного двигателя.
