Abstract
1. Claims (19)
1. Вулканизируемая композиция, пропорционально распределенная между по меньшей мере одной частью A и по меньшей мере одной частью B композиции, где данная композиция включает:
(i) один или более чем один алкенил-содержащий полимер, содержащий по меньшей мере одну или по меньшей мере две алкенильные группировки на молекулу,
(ii) один или более чем один SiH-содержащий полимер, содержащий по меньшей мере одно или по меньшей мере два звена SiH на молекулу, и дополнительно:
(iii) катализатор для вулканизации путем присоединения алкенил-содержащего полимера (i) к SiH-содержащему полимеру (ii), и необязательно дополнительно
(iv) газообразователь, выбранный из любого агента, выделяющего газ, как компонент реакции или во время реакции вулканизации;

3. Композиция по п.1, где резервуары или основы обладают термостойкостью при любом одном или более чем одном из следующих условий, выбранных из повышенной температуры, составляющей 121°C, в течение периода, составляющего 30 часов, повышенной температуры, составляющей 123°C, в течение периода, составляющего 24 часа, повышенной температуры, составляющей 134°C, в течение периода, составляющего 6 часов, и повышенной температуры, составляющей 160°C, в течение периода, составляющего 1 час.
4. Композиция по п.1, где термостойкие резервуары, основы и любые герметики и взаимодействующие части состоят из материалов, выбранных из следующих:
PE (полиэтилена), PP (полипропилена), PMP (полиметилпентена), COC (сополимеров циклических олефинов), металлической фольги, стекла, твердофазного силиконового полимера, а также из композитных материалов, ламинированных материалов и их комбинаций, обладающих термостойкостью при повышенной температуре, составляющей 123°C в течение периода, превышающего 18 часов.
5. Композиция по п.1, являющаяся окончательно стерильной, отличающаяся уровнем гарантии стерильности (SAL, sterility assurance level) 10-n, предпочтительно менее или равным 10-6, или, другими словами, теоретическая возможность присутствия жизнеспособного микроорганизма является равной или меньшей 1×10-6.
6. Композиция по п.1, где полимеры (i) и (ii) выбраны из: силиконов, включая силоксаны и модифицированные силоксаны, полиуретанов (PU), включая сложные полиэфируретаны и простые полиэфируретаны, эластомерных сополимеров простых полиэфиров и сложных полиэфиров, полигликолевой кислоты, полиацетатов, таких как этилвинилацетат, полиакрилата, поликислотных производных полисахаридов, таких как карбоксиалкилцеллюлоза, карбоксиалкилхитозан и их сополимеры, а также их гибридов, включающих сополимеры, переплетенные системы и их смеси.
7. Композиция по п.1, где применяют дополнительную реакцию вулканизации между звеньями органогидросилоксана и звеньями органоалкенилсилоксана, необязательно включенными в полимеры, сополимеры, сплетеннеые полимеры и смешанные полимеры, как определено в п.6, где полимеры (i) и (ii) представляют собой органосилоксаны, предпочтительно полиорганосилоксаны.
8. Композиция по п.1 для медицинского или немедицинского, стоматологического или нестоматологического применения, включая применения в качестве красителей; консервантов; гелей; пен; аэрозолей; фармацевтических препаратов; клеев; инкапсулянтов; средств ухода за волосами/кожей; косметическое применение; стоматологическое применение; разделительные слои; для покрытий; клеев и герметиков; лечения ран, включая повязку на рану; уход за кожей, включая восстановление рубцов; уход за полостью рта; инкапсуляцию медицинских устройств, таких как электронные устройства для биомедицинских применений; изготовление форм; ортопедическое применение; системы доставки лекарственных средств, включающие антибактериальные системы; гемостатические и фармацевтические системы; питание, включая изготовление пищевых продуктов; авиационно-космическое применение, морские и подводные применения; экологически чувствительные применения; ограничение или изоляцию организмов или их обитателей, либо ограничение или изоляцию среды или атмосферы, например, организмов, обладающих низким иммунитетом; стерильные, чистые и асептические применения; проращивание или размножение биомассы, такой как растения или организмы; включая изготовление и ремонт оборудования, аппаратов или компонентов для любого из вышеописанных применений и, в частности, для воздушно-космического, подводного, стерильного, чистого или асептического применения, проращивания или размножения, включая применения в качестве пен, аэрозолей, клеев, разделительных слоев; для покрытий; клеев и герметиков, для лечения ран с применением терапии ран отрицательным давлением (NPWT), в частности в стерильном поле или окружении, включая применение в качестве заполнителя раны или материала для тампонирования ран, либо пенистой повязки для закрытия полости раны, клея или герметика и применение в качестве заполнителя раны, клея или герметика в терапии ран отрицательным давлением, где по меньшей мере одна часть A и по меньшей мере одна часть B композиции приспособлены к тому, чтобы их можно было распределять контактным путем, способствующим их тесному контакту и вулканизации и образованию пористой пены, способной передавать отрицательное давление на поверхность раны, приклеивать хирургическую салфетку для терапии ран отрицательным давлением, либо которая является воздухонепроницаемой.
9. Композиция по п.1, распределяемая в область, где область имеет форму устройства или картриджей для него, где устройство включает смесительную насадку, имеющую средства для приема 2-х или большего числа картриджей, включающих части A и B композиции.
10. Способ получения композиции по любому из пп.1-9, включающий следующие стадии:
объединение полимеров (i), (ii) и катализатора (iii) и необязательного газообразователя (iv), как определено выше, с образованием по меньшей мере одной части A композиции и по меньшей мере одной части B композиции, как определено выше; и
герметизация части(ей) A и части(ей) B композиции в резервуарах барьерными средствами, как определено выше.
11. Способ стерилизации композиции по любому из пп.1-9, при котором по меньшей мере одну из частей A и частей B композиции, находящуюся в термостойком резервуаре или нанесенную на термостойкую основу, как определено выше, подвергают воздействию повышенной температуры, превышающей 121°C, в течение периода, составляющего вплоть до 28 часов, например используя режим стерилизации, определенный на основании следующих параметров:
123°C→24 часа - (i) и/или (ii)
134°C→6 часов - (i) и/или (ii)
160°C→100 минут - (i) и/или (ii).
12. Способ получения эластомера, включающий объединение по меньшей мере одной части A и по меньшей мере одной части B композиции по любому из пп.1-9 с их вулканизацией или сшиванием.
13. Эластомер, предпочтительно представляющий собой повязку на рану, включающий вулканизированную или сшитую композицию по любому из пп.1-9.
14. Немедицинское применение окончательно стерильной композиции или окончательно стерильного эластомера по любому из пп.1-9 или 13, в частности, выбранное из применений в качестве красителей; консервантов; гелей; пен; аэрозолей; фармацевтических препаратов; клеев; инкапсулянтов; средств ухода за волосами/кожей; косметического применения; стоматологического применения; для разделительных слоев; покрытий; клеев и герметиков; лечения ран, включая повязку на рану; ухода за кожей, включая восстановление рубцов; ухода за полостью рта; инкапсуляции медицинских устройств, таких как электронные устройства для биомедицинских применений; изготовления форм; ортопедического применения; систем доставки лекарственных средств, включающих антибактериальные системы; гемостатических и фармацевтических систем; питания, включая изготовление пищевых продуктов; авиационно-космического применения, морских и подводных применений; экологически чувствительных применений; ограничения или изоляции организмов или их обитателей, либо ограничения или изоляции среды или атмосферы, например, организмов, обладающих низким иммунитетом; стерильных, чистых и асептических применений; проращивания или размножения биомассы, такой как растения или организмы; включая изготовление и ремонт оборудования, аппаратов или компонентов для любого из вышеописанных применений и, в частности, воздушно-космического, подводного, стерильного, чистого или асептического применения, проращивания или размножения.
15. Устройство, включающее дозатор композиции, содержащий композицию по любому из пп.1-9, предпочтительно окончательно стерильную композицию.
16. Устройство по п.15, где устройство включает смесительную насадку и средства для приема 2-х или большего числа картриджей, включающих части A и В композиции, или включает двухцилиндровый шприц, подходящий для загрузки 40 г полимеров и оснащенный смесительной насадкой.
17. Композиция по п.1 для применения в способе терапии, включающем распределение композиции на область раны, предпочтительно способ терапии ран отрицательным давлением, включающий распределение окончательно стерильной композиции по изобретению, как определено выше, непосредственно или опосредованно в рану и предоставление возможности для вспенивания и вулканизации, герметизацию раны, включающей вспененную вулканизированную композицию и возможно включающую средства соединения с источником отрицательного давления, и приложение отрицательного давления к ране.
18. Композиция по п.17, где способ выбран из:
распределение окончательно стерильной вспениваемой композиции по меньшей мере в участок области раны, где вспениваемая композиция образует пористый пенистый материал, способный к передаче отрицательного давления;
герметичное закрывание области раны герметиком, по существу непроницаемым для жидкости; и
распределение окончательно стерильной композиции по меньшей мере вокруг участка области раны, где композиция включает первую часть и вторую часть, которые при объединении образуют материал, способный к образованию герметика, по существу непроницаемого для жидкости;
покрывание области раны хирургической салфеткой, по существу непроницаемой для жидкости, где хирургическая салфетка покрывает по меньшей мере часть распределенной окончательно стерильной композиции, и создает герметизацию сверху раны, непроницаемую для жидкости; и
наложение повязки на область раны;
высвобождение первой части окончательно стерильной композиции из основы по меньшей мере около или вокруг участка области раны и выдерживание указанной части,
выдерживание второй части окончательно стерильной композиции, нанесенной на хирургическую салфетку, непроницаемую для жидкости;
покрывание области раны хирургической салфеткой, в результате чего выдержанные первая и вторая части вступают в контакт и приклеивают хирургическую салфетку около или вокруг области раны; и
способ дополнительно включает приложение отрицательного давления к области раны, используя источник отрицательного давления, соединенный с областью раны.
19. Набор для терапии ран отрицательным давлением (NPWT), включающий повязку на рану, непроницаемую для жидкости, распределяемую или высвобождаемую окончательно стерильную вулканизируемую или вулканизированную вспениваемую композицию, либо вулканизируемую композицию клея или герметика или эластомер по любому из пп.1-9, 13 или 17-18 и средства присоединения вакуумного насоса для подачи отрицательного давления на повязку.
