Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of modeling inaccessible (worked out spaces, zones of collapse and flooding, etc.) or at the moment in question not of interest from the point of view of air consumption of sections of ventilation candles of mines and mines by multipoles, as well as to modeling quadratic network systems: electrical, hydraulic, gas, etc. The invention can also be applied to simplify (reduce) the design schemes of the above network systems.
There is a method of simplifying ventilation networks with multipoles [1], the essence of which is to replace a network section with a modeling multipole, subject to the condition that the ventilation mode and air flow in the remaining branches of the network does not change. To determine the resistance values of the fictitious linearized sides of the modeling multipole, a system of equations is written that describes this multipole. Due to the nonlinearity of the system, it does not have an analytical solution, therefore, an approximate method is proposed for determining the values of resistance using the electromodeling device EPMVS. The disadvantages of this approach are: firstly, the complexity of the preliminary preparation of the design scheme; secondly, the need to perform linking calculations to go to the parameters of the source network; thirdly, in multivariate calculations, it is necessary to build a multipole each time anew for each option, since the parameters of a multipole are determined by the results of one fixed mode.
[2] . The closest known method for modeling hard-to-reach or uninteresting network sections, selected as a prototype, is a method based on selecting nodes with which these sections are outlined and connected to the rest of the network, connecting these nodes with dummy branches, creating two different modes in the original network, measuring for each of the modes of pressure values in the contouring nodes and air flow in the branches incident to the contouring nodes and located outside the modeling pole, building on the basis of the data obtained a system of equations describing the multipole, and determining the aerodynamic drag of the branches of the modeling multipole [2].
However, the known method has the following disadvantage. When determining the aerodynamic drag values of the branches of a simulating multipole, there may be cases when individual resistance values are obtained with a negative sign, which is explained by the non-linearity of ventilation networks. The presence of negative values of aerodynamic drags makes it impossible to perform further calculations of the ventilation network.
The aim of the invention is to increase the accuracy and adaptability, as well as expanding the functionality of modeling.
The goal is achieved in that in the known method, when obtaining the aerodynamic drag value, the branches of the modeling multipole with a negative sign change the sequence of any two contouring nodes, the aerodynamic drags are calculated again to obtain a multipole with positive aerodynamic drags of all branches. It should be noted that the accuracy of calculating the air flow in the remaining branches of the simplified network does not depend on the order of the contouring nodes of the modeling multipole, since, in fact, one of the many possible options for constructing a multipole is constructed based on the same set of contouring nodes. A comparative analysis of the proposed solution with the prototype shows that the claimed method differs from the known one in that in the case of obtaining a negative value of the aerodynamic drag, the branches of the modeling multipole change the sequence of the contouring nodes of the multipole. Thus, the claimed method meets the criteria of the invention of "Novelty." Comparison of the proposed method not only with the prototype, but also with other methods of modeling ventilation networks did not allow us to identify signs that distinguish the claimed method from the prototype, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "Significant differences".
In FIG. Figure 1 shows an example of an initial ventilation network, which needs to be simplified, since the air distribution in the part of the network contoured by nodes 6-9-23-26-6 and enclosed in a multipole shown by a dashed line is not of interest at the moment; in FIG. 2 - a simplified ventilation network, where the excluded part of the network is replaced by dummy branches 6-9, 9-23, 23-26, 26-6 of a simulating multipole, the aerodynamic drag of which is determined by calculation; in FIG. 3 - a simplified network in which the sequence of contouring nodes of a modeling multipole is changed.
The proposed method is implemented as follows.
Suppose that it is necessary to simplify the initial ventilation network (Fig. 1), since the distribution of air in the part of the network contoured by nodes 6-9-23-26-6 and enclosed in a multipole shown by a dashed line is not of interest at the moment and therefore excluded from the calculation. In FIG. Figure 2 shows a simplified network, where the excluded part of the network is replaced by dummy branches 6–9, 9–23,, 23–26, and 26–6, the aerodynamic drag of which is determined by the procedure presented in [2]. In this case, a situation may arise when one or more dummy branches of a simulating multipole can have negative aerodynamic drag values. In order to eliminate this phenomenon, the sequence of contouring nodes is changed, i.e., a new multipole, for example, 6-23-9-26-6, is built on the basis of the same contouring nodes. After that, the aerodynamic drag values of the multipole are again calculated. If there are negative values of aerodynamic drags, the order of the contouring nodes is again changed, but already different than in the previous case, and the drag calculation is performed again until a multipole with positive aerodynamic drags of all branches is obtained.
As a specific example of the implementation of the claimed method, it is proposed to simplify the network presented as illustrative material in FIG. 1. When replacing the excluded part of the network with a multipole with dummy branches 6-9, 9-23, 23-26, 26-6 (Fig. 2), the following values of the aerodynamic drag (daPa * s2 / m6) of the branches are obtained: R (6-9 ) = 0.00581; R (9-23) = -0.10733; R (23-26) = -151.872; R (26-6) = 0.07914. Negative aerodynamic drag values of the fictitious branches 9-23 and 23-26 contradict the physical nature and do not allow further calculations. When changing the order of the contouring nodes of the multipole to the sequence 6-23-9-26-6 (Fig. 3), according to the proposed method, the values of the aerodynamic drag (daPa * s2 / m6) of the dummy branches is: R (6-23) = 0 02767; R (23-9) = 0.08297; R (9-26) = 0.22546; R (26-6) = 0.58897, i.e., they have become positive, which allows further calculations of this network.
The proposed method can be used not only to simplify ventilation networks, but also to simplify hydraulic, electric, gas, thermal and other quadratic network systems.
Using the proposed method provides the following advantages in comparison with existing methods: it increases the accuracy of simplifying network systems; the adaptability of the method to various situations encountered in practice; expands the modeling capabilities by realizing the possibility of bringing the simplified network to a form that allows its calculation.
