Abstract
Установка для выращивания планктонных водорослей, преимущественно хлореллы, включающая каркас, с установленной на ней емкостью для суспензии микроводорослей, светильники, каждый из которых выполнен в виде стеклянной трубы с размещенными в ней лампами и имеет установленный под стеклянной трубой вентилятор, трубопроводы подвода питательной среды, раствора углекислого газа, отвода готовой суспензии, датчики температуры и рН, систему обслуживания установки, она снабжена установленными на каркасе дополнительными емкостями для суспензии, причем каждая из емкостей образована аквариумом, имеющим вихревую турбину и выполненным в виде прямоугольного параллелепипеда из прозрачного стекла с одним отверстием на нижней плоскости для слива готовой суспензии и ее отвода по трубопроводу в емкость для хранения суспензии, и, по меньшей мере, с тремя отверстиями на верхней плоскости для размещения датчиков внутри аквариума, установки трубопроводов для подачи питательной среды, отвода кислорода и санитарного обслуживания, светильники установлены вертикально между аквариумами на равноудаленном расстоянии друг от друга с возможностью их свободного перемещения или удаления при переходе на солнечное освещение и имеют укрепленные в верхней части каждого светильника пластины с выступающими концами для размещения между аквариумами и с возможностью опоры на них, при этом система обслуживания выполнена с возможностью работы в автоматическом режиме и содержит насосы-дозаторы, автоматическую систему дозирования, водонагреватель с заданной температурой, датчики температуры и рН суспензии хлореллы, причем последний уста�Plant for growing planktonic algae, mainly chlorella, including a frame, with a container for microalgae suspension installed on it, lamps, each of which is made in the form of a glass pipe with lamps placed in it and has a fan installed under the glass pipe, pipelines for supplying nutrient medium, solution carbon dioxide, removal of the finished suspension, temperature and pH sensors, the installation maintenance system, it is equipped with additional suspension tanks installed on the frame, moreover, each of the containers is formed by an aquarium having a vortex turbine and made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped of transparent glass with one hole in the lower plane for draining the finished suspension and draining it through the pipeline into the container for storing the suspension, and at least three holes on the upper plane for placement of sensors inside the aquarium, installation of pipelines for supplying a nutrient medium, oxygen removal and sanitary maintenance; lamps are installed vertically between the aquariums on remote distance from each other with the possibility of their free movement or removal when switching to sunlight and have plates fixed at the top of each lamp with protruding ends for placement between aquariums and with the possibility of support on them, while the service system is configured to work in automatic mode and contains dosing pumps, an automatic dosing system, a water heater with a predetermined temperature, temperature sensors and pH of the chlorella suspension, with the last
