Abstract
1. Способ изготовления алюминиевой ленты с покрытием, в котором алюминиевую ленту разматывают из рулона и подают в устройство одностороннего или двустороннего нанесения покрытия экструзией, алюминиевую ленту покрывают экструзией термопластическим полимером, а после указанного нанесения покрытия вторично нагревают алюминиевую ленту до температуры металла выше температуры плавления термопластического полимера, отличающийся тем, что одностороннее или двустороннее полимерное покрытие алюминиевой ленты после вторичного нагрева текстурируют валиком, имеющим структуру поверхности.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используемые для текстурирования валики поддерживают с постоянной температурой.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используемые для текстурирования валики имеют изотропную структуру поверхности или выполненную с использованием метода электронного разряда (EDT) структуру поверхности.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что шероховатость Rполимерного покрытия после текстурирования составляет от 0,02 µm до 10 µm.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что алюминиевую ленту с нанесенным экструзией покрытием после текстурирования охлаждают, используя воздушное и/или водяное охлаждение.6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что толщина полимерного покрытия составляет от 0,2 µm до 20 µm.7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для полимерного покрытия используют полипропилен или полипропиленовую смесь.8. Claims (15)
1. Способ изготовления алюминиевой ленты с покрытием, в котором алюминиевую ленту разматывают из рулона и подают в устройство одностороннего или двустороннего нанесения покрытия экструзией, алюминиевую ленту покрывают экструзией термопластическим полимером, а после указанного нанесения покрытия вторично нагревают алюминиевую ленту до температуры металла выше температуры плавления термопластического полимера, отличающийся тем, что одностороннее или двустороннее полимерное покрытие алюминиевой ленты после вторичного нагрева текстурируют валиком, имеющим структуру поверхности.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используемые для текстурирования валики поддерживают с постоянной температурой.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используемые для текстурирования валики имеют изотропную структуру поверхности или выполненную с использованием метода электронного разряда (EDT) структуру поверхности.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что шероховатость Ra полимерного покрытия после текстурирования составляет от 0,02 µm до 10 µm.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что алюминиевую ленту с нанесенным экструзией покрытием после текстурирования охлаждают, используя воздушное и/или водяное охлаждение.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что толщина полимерного покрытия составляет от 0,2 µm до 20 µm.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для полимерного покрытия используют полипропилен или полипропиленовую смесь.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что перед односторонним или двусторонним нанесением покрытия экструзией алюминиевую ленту подвергают чистке обезжириванию, травлению, а также предварительной обработке посредством нанесения переходного слоя или анодирования.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что во время нанесения покрытия экструзией, вместе с термопластическим полимерным покрытием соэкструзией наносят промотирующий адгезию слой.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1-9, отличающийся тем, что изготавливаемая лента представляет собой упаковочную ленту, в частности, для банок для прохладительных напитков.
11. Алюминиевая лента с экструдированным на алюминиевую ленту односторонним или двусторонним термопластичным полимерным слоем, изготовленная способом по любому из пп.1-10, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность полимерного покрытия алюминиевой ленты имеет нанесенную после нанесения покрытия изотропную структуру поверхности, предпочтительно, структуру поверхности, выполненную методом EDT.
12. Алюминиевая лента по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что шероховатость Ra текстурированной поверхности термопластичного полимерного покрытия составляет от 0,02 µm до 10 µm.
13. Алюминиевая лента по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что нанесенное экструзией покрытие содержит полипропиленовый слой или слой полипропиленовой смеси, и при необходимости промотирующий адгезию слой.
14. Алюминиевая лента по любому из пп.11-13, отличающаяся тем, что толщина нанесенного экструзией покрытия алюминиевой ленты составляет от 0,2 µm до 20 µm.
15. Применение алюминиевой ленты по любому из пп.11-14 для изготовления жестких упаковок, в частности, крышек для банок.
