Abstract

1. Модуль электропривода для автомобиля, который содержит:электродвигатель;первый входной элемент;первый выходной элемент;двухскоростной модуль, который избирательно с возможностью приведения в движение соединяет первый входной элемент и первый выходной элемент, при одном из двух различных приводных отношений;редуктор, который содержит второй входной элемент, ведомый при помощи первого выходного элемента, и имеет второй выходной элемент, ведомый при пониженной скорости по сравнению со вторым входным элементом; идифференциал, имеющий входной элемент, ведомый при помощи указанного второго выходного элемента, причем первый выход дифференциала служит для привода первого выходного вала, а второй выход дифференциала служит для привода второго выходного вала.2. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором редуктор и дифференциал расположены у первого конца электродвигателя, а двухскоростной модуль расположен у противоположного конца электродвигателя.3. Модуль электропривода по п.2, в котором электродвигатель содержит ось ротора, приводящую в движение первый входной элемент.4. Модуль электропривода по п.3, который дополнительно содержит передаточный вал, соединяющий первый выходной элемент и второй входной элемент, причем указанный передаточный вал проходит через электродвигатель.5. Модуль электропривода по п.4, в котором второй выходной вал проходит через передаточный вал.6. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором редуктор содержит первую и вторую шестерни, закрепленные с возможностью вращения вместе с промежуточным валом, причем первая шестерня является ведомой вторым входным элементом, а вторая шестерня являе�

Claims (21)

1. Модуль электропривода для автомобиля, который содержит:
электродвигатель;
первый входной элемент;
первый выходной элемент;
двухскоростной модуль, который избирательно с возможностью приведения в движение соединяет первый входной элемент и первый выходной элемент, при одном из двух различных приводных отношений;
редуктор, который содержит второй входной элемент, ведомый при помощи первого выходного элемента, и имеет второй выходной элемент, ведомый при пониженной скорости по сравнению со вторым входным элементом; и
дифференциал, имеющий входной элемент, ведомый при помощи указанного второго выходного элемента, причем первый выход дифференциала служит для привода первого выходного вала, а второй выход дифференциала служит для привода второго выходного вала.
2. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором редуктор и дифференциал расположены у первого конца электродвигателя, а двухскоростной модуль расположен у противоположного конца электродвигателя.
3. Модуль электропривода по п.2, в котором электродвигатель содержит ось ротора, приводящую в движение первый входной элемент.
4. Модуль электропривода по п.3, который дополнительно содержит передаточный вал, соединяющий первый выходной элемент и второй входной элемент, причем указанный передаточный вал проходит через электродвигатель.
5. Модуль электропривода по п.4, в котором второй выходной вал проходит через передаточный вал.
6. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором редуктор содержит первую и вторую шестерни, закрепленные с возможностью вращения вместе с промежуточным валом, причем первая шестерня является ведомой вторым входным элементом, а вторая шестерня является ведомой вторым выходным элементом.
7. Модуль электропривода по п. 6, в котором промежуточный вал вращается вокруг оси, параллельной оси вращения первого входного элемента и смещенной от нее.
8. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором двухскоростной модуль расположен в кожухе, отделенном от корпуса, в котором расположены электродвигатель и редуктор.
9. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором двухскоростной модуль содержит планетарную зубчатую передачу, первый входной элемент, который содержит кольцеобразную шестерню планетарной зубчатой передачи, и первый выходной элемент, который содержит опору планетарной зубчатой передачи.
10. Модуль электропривода по п.9, в котором двухскоростной модуль содержит первую муфту для избирательного привода солнечного зубчатого колеса или опоры, при той же самой скорости, что и кольцеобразная шестерня.
11. Модуль электропривода по п.10, в котором двухскоростной модуль содержит вторую муфту, избирательно запрещающую вращение солнечного зубчатого колеса, чтобы планетарная зубчатая передача работала в режиме понижающей передачи.
12. Модуль электропривода по п.11, который дополнительно содержит исполнительный механизм муфты, для одновременного управления работой первой и второй муфт.
13. Модуль электропривода по п.12, в котором исполнительный механизм муфты содержит шаровой наклонный механизм с приводом от другого электродвигателя.
14. Модуль электропривода по п.12, в котором исполнительный механизм муфты содержит поршень, приводимый в движение при помощи флюида под давлением.
15. Модуль электропривода по п.11, в котором первая и вторая муфты имеют общий приводимый во вращение элемент.
16. Модуль электропривода по п.11, в котором вторая муфта представляет собой дисковую муфту или кулачковую муфту.
17. Модуль электропривода по п.11, в котором двухскоростной модуль содержит элемент смещения пружиной первой муфты, чтобы переводить первую муфту в режим передачи крутящего момента, для работы планетарной зубчатой передачи в режиме прямого привода.
18. Модуль электропривода по п.11, в котором двухскоростной модуль содержит элемент смещения пружиной второй муфты, чтобы переводить вторую муфту в режим передачи крутящего момента, для работы планетарной зубчатой передачи в режиме понижающего привода.
19. Модуль электропривода по п.11, в котором вторая муфта представляет собой кулачковую муфту, соединенную с демпфером.
20. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором второй выходной вал полностью проходит через электродвигатель и двухскоростной модуль.
21. Модуль электропривода по п.1, в котором электродвигатель содержит ротор, вращающийся вокруг первой оси, и в котором дополнительно первый и второй выходные валы вращаются вокруг второй оси, которая смещена относительно первой оси и проходит параллельно ей.
