Abstract
1. Нуклеиновокислотная конструкция, содержащая нуклеиновокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% идентичную нуклеотидной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 1-109, 219-767, и 1317-1336, и промоторную последовательность, способную направлять транскрипцию указанной нуклеиновокислотной последовательности в клетке-хозяине. ! 2. Нуклеиновокислотная конструкция по п.1, где указанной клеткой-хазяином является растительная клетка. ! 3. Изолированный полипептид, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 110-218, и 768-1316. ! 4. Изолированный полипептид по п.3, где указанная аминокислотная последовательность выбрана из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 110-218, и 768-1316. ! 5. Растительная клетка, содержащая экзогенный полинуклеотид, который содержит нуклеиновокислотную последовательность, кодирующую полипептид, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 110-218, и 768-1316. ! 6. Растительная клетка по п.5, где указанная растительная клетка образует часть растения. ! 7. Способ повышения толерантности растения к стрессовым условиям, содержащий экспрессирование в пределах растения экзогенного полинуклеотида, кодирующего полипептид, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную к аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 1341, 110-218, 768-1316 и 1343, повышая посредством этого толерантность растения к стрессовым условиям. ! 8. Способ по п.7,
Claims (23)
1. Нуклеиновокислотная конструкция, содержащая нуклеиновокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% идентичную нуклеотидной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 1-109, 219-767, и 1317-1336, и промоторную последовательность, способную направлять транскрипцию указанной нуклеиновокислотной последовательности в клетке-хозяине.
2. Нуклеиновокислотная конструкция по п.1, где указанной клеткой-хазяином является растительная клетка.
3. Изолированный полипептид, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 110-218, и 768-1316.
4. Изолированный полипептид по п.3, где указанная аминокислотная последовательность выбрана из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 110-218, и 768-1316.
5. Растительная клетка, содержащая экзогенный полинуклеотид, который содержит нуклеиновокислотную последовательность, кодирующую полипептид, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 110-218, и 768-1316.
6. Растительная клетка по п.5, где указанная растительная клетка образует часть растения.
7. Способ повышения толерантности растения к стрессовым условиям, содержащий экспрессирование в пределах растения экзогенного полинуклеотида, кодирующего полипептид, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную к аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 1341, 110-218, 768-1316 и 1343, повышая посредством этого толерантность растения к стрессовым условиям.
8. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий выращивание растения в стрессовых условиях.
9. Способ по п.8, где стрессовое условие является абиотическим стрессом.
10. Способ по п.9, где указанный абиотический стресс является выбранным из группы, состоящей из засоленности, засухи, низкой температуры, высокой температуры, токсичности тяжелых металлов, анаэробиоза, осмотизма и дефицита питательных веществ.
11. Способ увеличения биомассы, жизненности и/или урожая растения, содержащий экспрессирование в пределах растения экзогенного полинуклеотида, кодирующего полипептид, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную к аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 1341, 110-218, 768-1316 и 1343, посредством этого увеличивая биомассу, жизненность и/или урожай растения.
12. Способ повышения эффективности использования и/или поглощения удобрений растением, содержащий экспрессирование в пределах растения экзогенного полинуклеотида, кодирующего полипептид, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность, по крайней мере, на 85% гомологичную к аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 1341, 110-218, 768-1316 и 1343, посредством этого повышая эффективность использования и/или поглощения удобрений растением.
13. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий выращивание растения в условиях ограниченности удобрений.
14. Способ по любому из пп.7-13, где указанное растение является двусемядольным растением.
15. Способ по любому из пп.7-13, где указанное растение является односемядольным растением.
16. Способ по любому из пп.7-13, где указанный полинуклеотид включает нуклеиновокислотную последовательность, выбранную из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 1340, 1-109, 219-767, 1317-1336 и 1342.
17. Способ по любому из пп.7-13, где указанная аминокислотная последовательность выбрана из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NOs: 1341, 110-218, 768-1316 и 1343.
18. Способ по любому из пп.7-13, где указанное экспрессирование осуществляют путем:
(a) трансформирования клетки указанного растения с указанным экзогенным полинуклеотидом;
(b) получение зрелого растения из указанной клетки и
(c) культивирование указанного зрелого растения в условиях, пригодных для экспрессирования указанного экзогенного полинуклеотида в пределах указанного зрелого растения.
19. Способ по п.18, где указанные условия являются условиями абиотического стресса.
20. Способ по п.18, где указанные условия являются условиями дефицита удобрений.
21. Способ по п.18, где указанное трансформирование осуществляют введением в указанную растительную клетку нуклеиновокислотной конструкции, включающей указанный экзогенный полинуклеотид и, по крайней мере, один промотор, способный направлять транскрипцию указанного экзогенного полинуклеотида в указанной растительной клетке.
22. Способ орошения, содержащий:
(a) размещение на или в почве капельной оросительной системы для того, чтобы получить распределение поливочных отверстий на расстоянии 20-40 см друг от друга в Х и Y направлениях; и
(b) непрерывное орошение через каждое из указанных поливочных отверстий со скоростью полива 0,5-2 л воды в час.
23. Оросительная система для имитации условий засухи, содержащая:
(i) капельную оросительную систему, имеющую поливочные отверстия, распределенные на расстоянии 20-40 см друг от друга в Х и Y направлениях; и
(ii) систему подачи и контроля воды для непрерывного орошения через каждое из указанных поливочных отверстий со скоростью 0,5-2 л воды в час.
