Abstract
1. Способ выделения водорода из газовой смеси, содержащей водород и сопутствующие компоненты, полученной в результате термического разложения сырья, заключающийся в пропускании этой смеси при повышенном давлении через слой адсорбента, выделении из нее чистого водорода для последующего внешнего использования, в понижении давления до промежуточного уровня и выделения некондиционной фракции водорода, в состав которой входит водород и сопутствующие вещества, дальнейшего понижения давления до нижнего уровня и выделения фракции сопутствующих компонентов, отличающийся тем, что смесь водорода и сопутствующих компонентов получают при пиролизе метана, пропускают через адсорбент, выделяют чистый водород при повышенном давлении (P1), понижают давление до промежуточного уровня (Р2) и выделяют некондиционную фракцию водорода, которую возвращают на вход адсорбера, понижают давление до нижнего уровня (Р3) и выделяют фракцию сопутствующего компонента (метана), дополнительно направляемую на пиролиз. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что повышенное давление P1 отвечает 2,0-0,5 МПа, промежуточный уровень давления Р2 охватывает область от повышенного давления Р1 до 0,1 МПа, а нижний уровень давления Р3 составляет 0,1-0.005 МПа. 1.
