Θm=εoερ/4π, ! где εo - диэлектрическая проницаемость вакуума, ! ε - относительная диэлектрическая проницаемость материала, ! ρ - удельное сопротивление материала, !а значения напряженности электрического поля составляют от десятков до сотен В/см.
