Abstract
1. Катализатор конверсии углеводородов, включающий металл платиновой группы, олово и подложку, имеющий среднюю объемную плотность больше 0,6 г/см и предпочтительно больше 0,65 г/см, в которой объемно-массовое отношение металла платиновой группы к олову менее 0,9 и предпочтительно менее 0,85, где металлом платиновой группы является платина в количестве от 0,01 до 2,0 мас.% в расчете на элемент и где вышеупомянутый катализатор содержит ассоциированное олово в специфических кластерах из олова и металлов платиновой группы в количестве, по меньшей мере, 33 мас.% и эффективное молярное отношение ассоциированного олова к платине в вышеупомянутых кластерах составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,65 по анализу мессбауэровской спектроскопией.2. Катализатор по п.1, где компонентом подложки является связующее, представляющее собой неорганический оксид, выбранный из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, оксида магния, диоксида циркония, оксида хрома, оксида титана, оксида бора, оксида тория, фосфата, оксида цинка, оксида кремния и их смеси, предпочтительно оксид алюминия.3. Катализатор по п.2, где связующим неорганическим оксидом является оксид алюминия, имеющий на рентгенограмме отношение интенсивностей пиков при значениях два-тета брэгговского угла 34,0:32,5, по меньшей мере, 1,2 и отношение интенсивностей пиков при значениях два-тета брэгговского угла 46,0:45,5, не больше 1,1.4. Claims (10)
1. Катализатор конверсии углеводородов, включающий металл платиновой группы, олово и подложку, имеющий среднюю объемную плотность больше 0,6 г/см и предпочтительно больше 0,65 г/см, в которой объемно-массовое отношение металла платиновой группы к олову менее 0,9 и предпочтительно менее 0,85, где металлом платиновой группы является платина в количестве от 0,01 до 2,0 мас.% в расчете на элемент и где вышеупомянутый катализатор содержит ассоциированное олово в специфических кластерах из олова и металлов платиновой группы в количестве, по меньшей мере, 33 мас.% и эффективное молярное отношение ассоциированного олова к платине в вышеупомянутых кластерах составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,65 по анализу мессбауэровской спектроскопией.
2. Катализатор по п.1, где компонентом подложки является связующее, представляющее собой неорганический оксид, выбранный из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, оксида магния, диоксида циркония, оксида хрома, оксида титана, оксида бора, оксида тория, фосфата, оксида цинка, оксида кремния и их смеси, предпочтительно оксид алюминия.

Катализатор по п.2, где связующим неорганическим оксидом является оксид алюминия, имеющий на рентгенограмме отношение интенсивностей пиков при значениях два-тета брэгговского угла 34,0:32,5, по меньшей мере, 1,2 и отношение интенсивностей пиков при значениях два-тета брэгговского угла 46,0:45,5, не больше 1,1.
4. Катализатор по любому из пп.1-3, дополнительно включающий металлический промотор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из германия, рения, галлия, церия, лантана, европия, индия, фосфора, никеля, железа, вольфрама, молибдена, цинка, кадмия и их смесей, где металлический промотор составляет от 0,01 до 5,0 мас.% в расчете на элемент.
5. Катализатор по любому из пп.1-3, дополнительно включающий галоген в количестве от 0,1 до 10 мас.%.
6. Катализатор по любому из пп.1-3, где оксид алюминия имеет площадь поверхности от 140 до 210 м2/г, предпочтительно от 150 до 180 м2/г.
7. Катализатор по любому из пп.1-3, где объемно массовое отношение металла платиновой группы к олову менее 0,85.
8. Способ конверсии углеводородов, включающий контактирование углеводородного сырья с катализатором по любому из пп.1-7 при условиях конверсии углеводородов, конвертированного углеводорода, где катализатор включает металл платиновой группы, олово и подложку, имеющий среднюю объемную плотность больше 0,6 г/см3, где объемно-массовое отношение металла платиновой группы к олову менее 0,9.
9. Способ по п.8, где углеводородным сырьем является сырье ряда лигроина и способом является процесс каталитического риформинга.
10. Способ по п.8, где способом является дегидрирование и катализатор дополнительно включает щелочной или щелочноземельный металл, диспергированный в имеющем определенную форму катализаторе в количестве от 0,01 до 5,0 мас.% в расчете на элемент.
