Claims (13)
1. Композиция прокатализатора Циглера-Натта в форме твердых частиц, содержащая группы магния, галогенида и переходного металла, причем указанные частицы имеют средний размер (D50) от 10 до 70 мкм и характеризуются соотношением размера частиц D95/D5, которое меньше или равно 10.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой среднее соотношение толщина оболочки/размер частицы (соотношение толщины), определенное методом СЭМ, для частиц, имеющих размер частиц более 30 мкм, составляет более 0,2.
3. Композиция по п.1, где композицию прокатализатора получают из композиции предшественника, соответствующей формуле: [Mg(R1OH)r]dTi(ORe)eXf[ED]q, в которой R1OH представляет собой монофункциональный линейный или разветвленный спирт, имеющий 1-25 углеродных атомов; Re представляет собой алифатический или ароматический углеводородный радикал, имеющий 1-14 углеродных атомов, или COR', где R' представляет собой алифатический или ароматический углеводородный радикал, имеющий 1-14 углеродных атомов; каждая группа ORe является одной и той же или различной; Х независимо представляет собой R', хлор, бром или иод; d равно 0,5-5; е равно 0-12; и f равно 1-10; ED представляет собой донор электронов; q равно 0-50; r равно 0, 1 или 2.
4. Композиция по п.3, где композицию предшественника получают взаимодействием дихлорида магния с соединением титана в присутствии спирта.
5. Композиция по п.4, в которой соединением переходного металла является галогенид титана или галогеналкоголят титана, имеющий 1-8 углеродных атомов на алкоголятную группу.
6. Композиция по п.3, где композицию предшественника получают взаимодействием магния с тетрахлоридом титана в присутствии донора электронов.
7. Композиция по п. 1, в которой наполнитель присутствует в твердых частицах в количестве по меньшей мере 15% по отношению к общей массе композиции.
8. Способ получения композиции прокатализатора по п.1, причем стадии способа включают: а) обеспечение жидкой композиции (суспензии), содержащей i) магнийгалогенидное соединение, ii) растворитель или разбавитель, iii) соединение переходного металла, в котором переходный металл выбран из металлов групп 3-10 и лантанидов периодической системы элементов, iv) необязательный внутренний донор электронов, и v) наполнитель; b) сушку композиции распылением с образованием высушенных распылением частиц; и с) собирание полученных твердых частиц.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором наполнитель и/или композиция предшественника присутствует в количестве, которое составляет от 50 до 98% жидкой композици и.
10. Способ по п.8, в котором наполнителем является коллоидальный диоксид кремния.
11. Способ получения полимера, включающий осуществление контакта меньшей мере одного олефинового мономера с прокатализатором по любому из пп.1-7 или с прокатализатором, полученным способом по любому из пп.8-10, и сокатализатором в условиях полимеризации олефинов с образованием полимерного продукта.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором этилен гомополимеризуют или сополимеризуют с одним или несколькими С3-8 α-олефинами.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором сокатализатором является триэтилалюминий или три(н-гексил)-алюминий.
