Claims (14)
1. Инъекционное устройство (1),содержащее:
гибкий резервуар (90), способный содержать жидкое лекарство,
выпускной канал (85),
блок (60, 70, 80) помпы, выполненный с возможностью осуществления одного или более циклов прокачивания заданного количества лекарства, содержащегося в гибком резервуаре (90), через выпускной канал (85),
средство (10) селективной установки дозы лекарства, подлежащей прокачиванию, и
активируемый пользователем пружинный блок (20, 30, 40), функционально связанный со средством (10) селективной установки дозы для приведения в действие блока (60, 70, 80) помпы на протяжении циклов, количество которых соответствует заданной дозе.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что пружинный блок (20, 30, 40) содержит пружину (20), функционально связанную со средством (10) селективной установки дозы с обеспечением возможности перевода пружины (20) в активное состояние при переводе пружинного блока (20, 30, 40) из начального положения в заданное положение, соответствующее заданной дозе, при этом пружина (20) выполнена с возможностью перевода пружинного блока (20, 30, 40) из заданного положения в начальное положение, с приведением тем самым в действие блока (60, 70, 80) помпы на протяжении циклов, количество которых соответствует заданной дозе.

Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит пусковое средство (50), выполненное с возможностью удерживать пружинный блок (20, 30, 40) в активном состоянии, противодействуя усилию пружины (20), с обеспечением возможности перевода пружинного блока (20, 30, 40), при активировании пускового средства (50), из заданного положения в начальное положение под действием пружины (20).

Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что блок (60, 70, 80) помпы содержит кулачковый диск (60) с множеством кулачковых элементов (62) и приводной элемент (70), функционально связанный с кулачковым диском (60) с обеспечением возможности циклического перемещения приводного элемента (70) под действием кулачковых элементов (62) в результате вращения кулачкового диска (60) в соответствии с заданной дозой.
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (60, 70, 80) помпы содержит всасывающую помпу (80), способную прокачивать лекарство из гибкого резервуара (90) к выпускному каналу (85).
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что всасывающая помпа (80) выполнена с возможностью цикличной работы, после ее активации, в режиме отбора порции жидкого лекарства из гибкого резервуара (90) и последующего выведения порции жидкого лекарства, отобранной из гибкого резервуара (90).
7. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что всасывающая помпа (80) выполнена в виде мембранной помпы, приводимой в действие штоком и содержащей впускной клапан, связанный с гибким резервуаром (90), и выпускной клапан, связанный с выпускным каналом (85).
8. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что гибкий резервуар (90) представляет собой предварительно заполненный и герметизированный гибкий резервуар (90).
9. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (60, 70, 80) помпы содержит впускной канал (81), выполненный сопрягаемым по потоку с гибким резервуаром (90), и выпускной канал (85), выполненный сопрягаемым по потоку с блоком (100) инъекционной иглы, с обеспечением тем самым сопряжения по потоку блока (100) инъекционной иглы с внутренним объемом гибкого резервуара (90).
10. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что средство (10) селективной установки дозы выполнено обеспечивающим возможность выбора первой дозы с ее последующим изменением на меньшую дозу без активации пружины (20).
11. Агрегат на основе соединения блока (100) инъекционной иглы и инъекционного устройства (1), содержащий:
блок (100) инъекционной иглы, содержащий переходник (120), снабженный вырезами (123), и
инъекционное устройство (1), имеющее выпускной канал (85), снабженный выступами (86, 87), по меньшей мере, один из которых содержит стопор (88), взаимодействующий с, по меньшей мере, одним из вырезов (123) для фиксации блока (100) инъекционной иглы в рабочем положении.
12. Агрегат по п.11, отличающийся тем, что выступы (86, 87) образуют отверстие (89), сопрягающееся с переходником (120), при этом, по меньшей мере, один стопор (88) обращен к отверстию (89).
13. Агрегат по п.12, отличающийся тем, что отверстие (89) имеет квадратное поперечное сечение и образовано между четырьмя выступами (86, 86', 87, 87').
14. Агрегат по п.13, отличающийся тем, что стопоры (88, 88') выполнены на внутренней стороне дистальных концов двух противолежащих выступов (86, 86'), а вырезы (123, 123') выполнены на противоположных сторонах переходника (120).
