Claims (26)
1. Способ формирования материала, предусматривающий гидравлическое переплетение штапельных волокон с нетканым полотном, сформированным из непрерывных элементарных нитей с образованием композитного материала, причем указанные штапельные волокна имеют среднюю длину волокна от около 0,3 до около 25 мм, при этом по меньшей мере часть указанных штапельных волокон являются синтетическими, причем указанный композитный материал образует первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, указанная первая поверхность содержит преобладание указанных штапельных волокон, а указанная вторая поверхность содержит преобладание указанных непрерывных элементарных нитей, при этом по меньшей мере часть указанных штапельных волокон также выступает от указанной второй поверхности.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно предусматривающий формирование указанных штапельных волокон в полотно перед гидравлическим переплетением указанных штапельных волокон с указанным нетканым полотном сеткой, сформированным из непрерывных элементарных нитей.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором указанные штапельные волокна гидравлически переплетают с указанным нетканым полотном при давлении жидкости от около 100 до около 4000 фунтов на квадратный дюйм (избыточных), предпочтительно, от около 200 до около 3500 фунтов на квадратный дюйм (избыточных), и предпочтительно, от около 300 до около, 2400 фунтов на квадратный дюйм (избыточных).
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно предусматривающий некомпрессионную сушку указанного композитного материала.
5. Способ по п.4, где указанный композитный материал высушивают сквозным потоком.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные штапельные волокна содержат более около 40 вес.% композитного материала, и предпочтительно, от около 60 вес.% до около 90 вес.% композитного материала.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные штапельные волокна имеют среднюю длину волокна от около 0,5 до около 10 мм, и предпочтительно, от около 3 до около 8 мм.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные штапельные волокна имеют денье на непрерывную элементарную нить менее около 6, и предпочтительно, менее около 3.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере около, 50 вес.%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере около 70 вес.%, и предпочтительно по меньшей мере около 90 вес.% указанных штапельных волокон синтетические.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором указанные синтетические штапельные волокна формируют из одного или более полимеров, выбранных из группы, состоящей из поливинилового спирта, вискозы, сложного полиэфира, поливинилацетата, нейлона и полиолефинов.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором указанные штапельные волокна, кроме того, включают целлюлозные волокна.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором указанные целлюлозные волокна составляют менее около 50 вес.%, предпочтительно менее около 30 вес.%, и предпочтительно менее около 10 вес.% указанных штапельных волокон.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором указанное нетканое полотно, сформированное из непрерывных элементарных нитей, представляет собой полотно фильерного способа производства.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный композитный материал имеет объемность более около 5 см3/г, предпочтительно от около 7 до около 50 см3/г, и предпочтительно от около 10 до около 40 см3/г.
15. Композитный материал, содержащий штапельные волокна, гидравлически переплетенные с нетканым полотном, сформированным из непрерывных элементарных нитей, причем указанные штапельные волокна имеют среднюю длину волокна от около 0,3 до около 25 миллиметров, при этом по меньшей мере часть указанных штапельных волокон являются синтетическими, причем композитный материал образует первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, указанная первая поверхность содержит преобладание указанных штапельных волокон, а указанная вторая поверхность содержит преобладание указанных непрерывных элементарных нитей, при этом по меньшей мере часть указанных штапельных волокон также выступает от указанной второй поверхности.
16. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором указанные штапельные волокна содержат более около 40 вес.% композитного материала, и предпочтительно, от около 60 вес.% до около 90 вес.% композитного материала.
17. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором указанные штапельные волокна имеют среднюю длину волокна от около 0,5 до около 10 мм, и предпочтительно, от около 3 до около 8 мм.
18. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором указанные штапельные волокна имеют денье на непрерывную элементарную нить менее около 6, и предпочтительно, менее около 3.
19. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором по меньшей мере около, 50 вес.%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере около 70 вес.%, и предпочтительно по меньшей мере около 90 вес.% указанных штапельных волокон синтетические.
20. Композитный материал по п.19, в котором указанные синтетические штапельные волокна формируют из одного или более полимеров, выбранных из группы, состоящей из поливинилового спирта, вискозы, сложного полиэфира, поливинилацетата, нейлона и полиолефинов.
21. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором указанные штапельные волокна, кроме того, включают целлюлозные волокна.
22. Композитный материал по п.21, в котором указанные целлюлозные волокна составляют менее около 50 вес.%, предпочтительно менее около 30 вес.%, и предпочтительно менее около 10 вес.% указанных штапельных волокон.
23. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором указанное нетканое полотно, сформированное из непрерывных элементарных нитей, представляет собой полотно фильерного способа производства.
24. Композитный материал по п.15, в котором указанный композитный материал имеет объемность более около 5 см3/г, предпочтительно от около 7 до около 50 см3/г, и предпочтительно от около 10 до около 40 см3/г.
25. Салфетка, сформированная из композитного материала по любому предшествующему пункту.
26. Салфетка по п.25, в которой салфетка содержит жидкость в количестве более около 150 вес.% композитного материала.
