Claims (8)
1. Устройство для дозирования и подачи (1, 2) жидкости (10), содержащее емкость (11), вал (12), заднее уплотнение (13), амортизатор (14), поршень (151, 152) и одноходовой клапан (16), причем заднее уплотнение (13) выполнено с возможностью герметичного перекрытия первого конца емкости (11) и перемещения вдоль вала (12), клапан (16) размещен на втором конце емкости (11), поршень (151, 152) закреплен на одном конце вала (12), причем поршень (151, 152) находится между клапаном (16) и амортизатором, при этом амортизатор (14) также закреплен на валу (12) и расположен между поршнем и задним уплотнением (13), обеспечивая открытое положение и закрытое положение поршня (151, 152), при этом открытое положение обеспечивает сообщение по жидкости между клапаном (16) и частью емкости (11) между поршнем (151, 152) и задним уплотнением (13), причем перемещение поршня (151, 152) между открытым и закрытым положением обеспечивается перемещением вала (12) вдоль его собственной оси, давление в зоне, находящейся между клапаном (16) и поршнем (151, 152) уменьшается, когда поршень движется из своего закрытого положения в направлении своего открытого положения, при этом амортизатор (14) складывается, когда поршень движется из своего закрытого положения в направлении своего открытого положения, причем единственный поток жидкости из части емкости (11), расположенной между амортизатором (14) и задним уплотнением, (13) и частью емкости (11), расположенной с другой стороны амортизатора (14), проходит через соединительный канал (140), находящийся в амортизаторе (14), когда поршень (151, 152) движется из своего открытого положения в направлении своего закрытого положения.
2. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.1, в котором вал (12) выполнен из проводящего электричество материала.
3. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.2, в котором жидкость электрически заряжается перед ее дозированной подачей.
4. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.1, в котором объем, заключенный между поршнем в открытом положении и клапаном (16), составляет менее 100 мкл.
5. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.1, в котором объем дозированной подаваемой жидкости при каждой операции такой дозированной подачи изменяется менее чем на 10% между каждой операцией дозированной подачи.
6. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.1, в котором на конце вала (12), противоположном тому, на котором закреплен поршень (151, 152), расположена сжатая пружина, прикладывающая усилие к валу (12) в направлении, по существу, параллельном оси вала (12).
7. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.1, в котором одноходовой клапан (16) является самоуплотняющимся клапаном (16).
8. Устройство для дозирования и подачи по п.1, в котором соединительный канал (140) является единственным отверстием, выполненным в амортизаторе (14).
