Description
The utility model relates to the field of railway transport and is intended for the modernization of the clearance gap of the wagon trolleys.
The cap is mounted on a support in the overpressure beam of the trolley and is designed to hold the car body under the action of lateral forces. Sklazyns are also designed to absorb lateral vibrations of the car body, limit the wagging of the trolley, increase the stability of the movement of the car, improve the operation of the thrust bearing and reduce its wear. The side cover is an intermediate part between the nadressornoj beam and the upper support of the car body. Currently, as a result of the ongoing modernization of freight wagon trolleys, use is made of the constant contact side-bearings. However, the most widespread trolley operated on the railways to date is the 18-100 model with clearances. The slider of the indicated trolley is mounted on the tides of the nadressornoj beam and consists of a flat cap, adjusting linings under the hood and a bolt with a nut to fix the cap on the tide of the nadressornoj beam (L. Shadur et al., M. Transport, 1980, p. 439). As a result of the modernization of the model 18-100 trolley under the project M1698 in order to increase the between-repairs mileage of freight car trolleys, which was to protect the main friction pairs of the trolley from wear in operation, the slider was equipped with a wear-resistant cap (RD 32 CV 072-2005 “Repair manual model 18-100 freight wagon trolleys with wear-resistant elements installed in friction units ”PKB Branch of JSC Russian Railways on October 12, 2005). The cart 18-100, which has passed this modernization, has the designation 18-100M.
Of the existing technical solutions, a cap of the side-skid of the truck of a model 18-100M freight car is known (drawing M1698.01.100 SB). This cap is available in two versions - cast or stamped. The disadvantage of this cap is the intensive wear of the cap surface during operation, which increases the gap between the cap and the car body and this leads to a deterioration in the dynamic characteristics of the car and the need to replace the flat cap and adjusting pads. Performing this operation requires uncoupling the freight car from the train with a further lifting of the body on the jacks. As a result, car downtime and operating costs increase significantly.
It is known to make caps of either side of steel or cast iron. When casting caps from steel, a not very high yield of product is achieved, up to about 60%. When cast iron caps are cast, VCh-120 cast iron is traditionally used, which has a yield of up to about 85%, but is not strong enough.
Известно также изготовление колпаков скользуна с закалённой накладкой, но в таком случае подобный колпак имеет поверхность с высоким коэффициентом трения и быстро приводит к износу детали, находящиеся с ним в соприкосновении, а именно – опору вагона или скользуна кузова (вагона).It is also known to manufacture hood caps with a hardened cover, but in such a case, such a cap has a surface with a high coefficient of friction and quickly leads to wear of the parts that are in contact with it, namely, the support of the car or the side of the car (car).
Closest to the claimed technical solution is the cap of the side of the truck of a freight car (patent RU156056U1 published 10.27.2015), the disadvantages of this technical solution is the low strength under shock-friction loads, which can manifest itself in the form of cracks and kinks under the action of dynamic dynamic loads during operation .
The problem to which the claimed technical solution is directed is to obtain a cast iron cap of the side bearing having both high wear resistance and increased strength under the action of shock-friction loads, and as a result provide high reliability in the operation of a freight car.
This problem is solved due to the fact that the cap of the side of the freight car truck contains a cast body, which has a U-shaped cross section in mutually perpendicular planes and consists of an upper wall with increased thickness, transverse and longitudinal sides of the reinforced structure due to an additional rib in the mating surfaces . The cast cap body is made of cast iron of increased wear resistance capable of working under conditions of shock-friction wear.
For the purposes of this application, ChMN-35M grade cast iron is understood to be cast iron with the following characteristics: cast iron containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, calcium, aluminum, iron, sulfur, phosphorus, copper, molybdenum, zirconium and barium in the following ratio of components wt. %: carbon - 2.4-2.9, silicon - 1.2-1.5, manganese - 0.7-1.1, sulfur - 0.05-0.1, phosphorus - 0.05-0, 1, chromium - 0.05-0.3, nickel - 0.5-0.8, copper - 0.05-0.3, molybdenum - 0.6-0.9, zirconium - 0.0005-0, 1, barium - 0.0005-0.1, calcium - 0.0005-0.1, aluminum - 0.0005-0.1, iron - the rest.
3.Reducing the carbon content in cast iron can reduce the amount of solid carbide phase type (Cr, Fe) 7C3.
The introduction of carbon in an amount of less than 2.4% does not provide structurally free carbon in the form of spherical graphite in the structure of cast iron, which sharply reduces the strength characteristics of cast iron. An increase in carbon content in excess of 2.9% contributes to the release of an increased amount of solid carbide phase, which will also significantly reduce the strength characteristics of cast iron.
Sulfur in the range of 0.05-0.1 wt. % helps to increase the strength and elasticity of cast iron.
Phosphorus in the range of 0.05-0.1 wt. % increases wear resistance due to the formation of wear-resistant phosphide eutectic.
Chromium less than 0.05% does not affect the properties of cast iron noticeably, and introducing more than 0.3% is impractical, since chromium carbides begin to precipitate in the structure of cast iron, their number grows and the size of inclusions increases, which negatively affects machinability and ductility cast iron.
Nickel in the range of 0.5-0.8 wt. % alloys the metal matrix of the alloy, which increases its strength properties. At the same time, nickel increases the scale resistance of the alloy. Nickel additive of more than 0.8 wt. % increases the graphitizing properties, which reduces its scale resistance, and when the content is less than 0.5 wt. % does not significantly affect the properties of cast iron.
Copper in the range of 0.05-0.3 wt. % promotes austenization and increases the fluidity of cast iron, evens out the hardness of cast iron and at the same time slightly increases it.
The additional introduction of molybdenum in an amount of 0.6-0.9 wt. % contributes to the grinding and microalloying of the metal base, strengthens it, increases the density, hardness, thermal resistance, impact resistance of cast iron, which provides both increased wear resistance in dry friction and the stability of surface hardness and endurance in cantilever bending.
Barium, zirconium within the stated limits together with calcium contribute to the production of an alloy with favorable small globular inclusions uniformly distributed over the volume of the alloy, which in turn increases the mechanical properties and impact strength of the material. In addition, these deoxidants provide, due to a significant decrease in the oxygen content in the steel alloy, the guaranteed formation of aluminum nitrides, grinding grain of the steel alloy and increasing mechanical properties and toughness.
Of great importance in the process of structural formation of cast iron and the formation of the required level of mechanical properties of castings is the total content of graphitizing elements of carbon and silicon, sulfur and phosphorus, the ratio of the content of manganese and sulfur.
Studies have shown that the best results are achieved by observing a total carbon and silicon content of less than 5.0% [(C + Si) ≤ 5.0%]. Exceeding this value leads to a significant decrease in the degree of eutectic of cast iron and helps to suppress the mechanism of graphitizing modification.
The total content of sulfur and phosphorus residual impurities of less than 0.3% [(S + P) ≤ 0.3%] does not impair the casting properties of cast iron, reduces the formation of gas shells, and reduces the metal's tendency to zonal and dendritic segregation. When this value is exceeded, the deformation ability of the metal and mechanical properties, including the tensile strength, are reduced.
Compliance with a ratio of manganese to sulfur content of more than 6.5 (Mn / S> 6.5%) increases the quality of cast metal and its manufacturability. In this case, an excess of sulfur in pig iron is bound to manganese sulfide and discharged to slag.
The cap made (cast) from the described cast iron has, in comparison with products from known cast irons and steels, a higher level of physicomechanical, technological and service characteristics of the casting metal, which is ensured by complex alloying of the material, balanced chemical and phase composition, normalized input ratio microalloying and modifying additives.
250 HB. Studies show that the cap of the described cast iron has a hardness of at least 250 HB.
Технический результат описанного изделия (устройства) состоит в том, что чугунный колпак скользуна имеет высокую прочность при ударно-фрикционных нагрузках, то есть способен к длительному несению нагрузок и при этом снижает износ скользуна вагона или иной опоры вагона по сравнению с чугуном ВЧ-120.The technical result of the described product (device) is that the cast-iron cap of the side bearing has high strength under shock-friction loads, that is, is capable of long-term bearing loads and at the same time reduces wear of the side of the car or other support of the car compared to cast iron VCh-120.
The essence of the claimed utility model is illustrated by the drawing, on which (Fig. 1) shows a side view of the device.
4. In FIG. 1 shows the side-side cap, it can be seen that the cap contains a molded
The cap of a skladna works as follows. When the carriage passes a curved section of the path, the body tilts, the gap between the side of the trolley and the side of the body is selected on one side, then the car rests on a slider and friction forces arise between the side bearings (trolley and body). These frictional forces create a moment in the horizontal plane, which prevents the body from deviating from its equilibrium position and reducing the amplitudes of the meandering movement of the car.
