Abstract

Изобретение касаетс  макролидоа, в частности получени  соединени  общей ф-лы bJOR, № Н.Сгде RI - СНз, CaHs или изо-СзН ; R2 - низший а л кил и группа NOR2 находитс  в Е-конфи- гурации; ОНз - гидроксил, обладающих ан- тигельминтной активностью, что может быть использовано в медицине. Цель - создание новых более активных веществ указанного класса. Синтез ведут оксимированием соответствующего кетона, в котором группа ОРз-может быть гидрокси- лом или защищенным гидроксилом, с помощью соединени  ф-лы II: R2 - Н или низший алкил: R20-NH2, с последующим выделением целевого продукта или, при необходимости , сн тием защитной группы с гидроксила -ORcj. В другом случае, когда Rz1 Н и ORa - защищенный гидроксил, то подвергают этерификации галогенидом ф-лы III: R2 - Y. где Y - галоген, с последующим сн тием защиты с гидроксила. Новые вещества снижают до 98% поражение гельминтами при низкой токсичности. 2 табл. (Л
