Description
Изобретение относитс к порошковой металлургии, в частности к изготовлению металлических волокон путем деформировани сферических частиц порошка.The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to the manufacture of metal fibers by deforming spherical particles of powder.
Целью изобретени вл етс расширение технологических возможностей.An object of the invention is to expand technological capabilities.
На фиг.1 представлена обща схема устройства , план; на фиг.2 - разрез А-А на фиг.1.Figure 1 shows a general diagram of a device, a plan; figure 2 is a section aa in figure 1.
8.The device consists of a rolling stand with a run-in 1 and feed 2 rolls, driven by drives 3 and 4. The means for applying the cladding material is made in the form of a brush 5, driven in rotation from the drive 6, mounted on the hopper 7 with cladding powder 8 and in contact with the cladding powder 8 and with a roll surface; 9 - deformable particles. It is possible to use two cladding agents. In this case, a brush 5 in contact with each of the rolls is immersed in the hopper 7 with cladding powder 8.
Устройство работает следующим образом .The device operates as follows.
Сферические частицы подают в зазор между валками 1 и 2, вращающимис в одном направлении с разными окружными скорост ми, приводимые от приводов соответственно 3 и 4. Сферические частицы 9, перекатыва сь, деформируютс в волокна. Одновременно с этим частицы плакирующего порошка 8, наход щегос в бункере 7, щеткой 5, приводимой во вращени от привода 6 перенос тс в зону обработки. В зависимости от необходимой толщиныThe spherical particles are fed into the gap between the rolls 1 and 2, rotating in the same direction with different peripheral speeds, driven from the drives 3 and 4, respectively. The spherical particles 9, being rolled, are deformed into fibers. At the same time, particles of the cladding powder 8 located in the hopper 7 are transferred by a brush 5, driven in rotation from the drive 6, to the treatment zone. Depending on the required thickness

плакирующего сло можно использовать одну щетку 5, контактирующую с подающим валком 2, либо две щетки. В этом случае втора щетка контактирует с обкатным валком 3. Таким образом, в процессе обкатки частица 9 находитс между рабочими поверхност ми валков 1 и 2, на поверхность хот бы одного из которых нанесен слой плакирующего порошка 8, который и переноситс на частицу 9. Использование двух средств нанесени плакирующего сло позволит увеличить толщину плакирующего сло на поверхность образуемых волокон.cladding layer, you can use one brush 5 in contact with the feed roller 2, or two brushes. In this case, the second brush contacts the rolling roll 3. Thus, during the rolling process, the particle 9 is between the working surfaces of the rolls 1 and 2, at least one of which is coated with a layer of cladding powder 8, which is transferred to the particle 9. two means for applying the cladding layer will increase the thickness of the cladding layer on the surface of the formed fibers.
Конкретный пример работы устройства описан ниже.A specific example of the operation of the device is described below.
Blanks made of nickel with a particle size of 0.315 + 0.250 were passed between cylindrical rolls 160 mm long and 100 mm in diameter. The feed roll had a rotation frequency of 150 rpm and a roll speed of 135 rpm, and the gap between them was 50 µm. A brush with a diameter of 50 mm is in contact with the feed roller, which is in contact simultaneously with the cladding powder, which used chromium powder with an average particle size of 3 microns. The brush rotation speed was 60 rpm. When passing particles of nickel powder

через зону деформации, образованную рабочими поверхност ми валков, были получены за один проход никелевые волокна, плакированные хромом. Диаметр волокон составл л 50 мкм, толщина их покрытий 5.... 6 мкм.through the deformation zone formed by the working surfaces of the rolls, nickel fibers plated with chromium were obtained in one pass. The diameter of the fibers was 50 microns, the thickness of their coatings was 5 .... 6 microns.
Получить такие волокна известными методами не представл лось возможным. Таким образом, на предложенном устройстве можно получать волокна из всех материалов , используемых при получении металлических волокон прокаткой сферически) частиц металлического порошка, при этом эти волокна могут быть покрыты любым мелкодисперсным порошком.It was not possible to obtain such fibers by known methods. Thus, on the proposed device, it is possible to obtain fibers from all materials used to produce metal fibers by rolling spherically) particles of metal powder, while these fibers can be coated with any fine powder.
