Description
The utility model relates to vision correction devices used for damage to the retina and optic nerve, for example, for glaucoma, which limits the field of view of the eye. This invention allows to shift the field of view and adjust the field of view.
В зависимости от расположения, размера отверстий и площади их покрытия добиваются коррекции различных дефектов зрения (патент МПК G02С 7/16 РФ №2093876, от 20.10.1997).An analogue of the device are glasses for vision correction, consisting of frames, painted hole inserts with the possibility of absorbing light flux with a wavelength of 380-800 nm Glasses provide a softer effect of light rays on the retina. Depending on the location, size of the holes and the area of their coating, various vision defects are corrected (IPC patent G02C 7/16 of the Russian Federation No. 2093876, dated 10/20/1997).
The disadvantage of the analogue is that the analogue is not able to adjust the field of vision of the patient with damage to the retina. Perforated inserts make it possible to direct light beams of various shapes to receptor fields and stimulate them. If there is a degenerative process of the retinal cells, there is a need to transport the image from the affected area to a healthy one. Glasses with perforated inserts are not able to solve this problem, and therefore there is a need to develop a device that can open a direct viewing area due to peripheral vision.
The prototype of the claimed utility model is a device that is a periscope, the body of which is made of detachable pipes with a fixed pair of mirrors. Such an optical system is designed for safe observation in the combat zone. The periscope has the ability to change the zone of visibility by rotating detachable pipes (patent G02V 23/08, F41G 1/40 RU No. 2272236 of 03.20.2006, Bull. No. 8). The principle of image transfer can be used to correct vision in lesions of the retina.
The disadvantage of the prototype is its design, which does not allow it to be used as a medical product intended for vision correction. In addition, due to the individuality of the affected areas in patients and the spherical shape of the eye, the location of the mirrors should be able to be regulated — a two-coordinate change in the angle of inclination of the mirrors with respect to the main optical axis of the eye.
The task was: to develop a device for correcting the field of view in case of damage to sections of the retina and optic nerve.
The technical result consists in increasing the functionality of a periscope, adapted for medical purposes, by adjusting the angles of rotation of the mirrors in two planes.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that in the device for transporting images to healthy areas of the retina, consisting of a frame including two cylindrical bushings, each of which has two optically coupled mirrors spaced apart, a rotary frame is installed in each sleeve by means of rotational sliding units the axis of rotation of which coincides with the main optical axis of the eye, and the mirrors are mounted on the frame by means of rotation axes perpendicular to the main optical axis of the eye.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated by the drawing, where in FIG. 1 shows the design of the device, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a principle of operation.
8.The device includes a frame 1, consisting of two bushings 2 corresponding to each eye, in each of which a
The principle of transporting the image in one plane is illustrated by figure 2, which shows the affected
By adjusting the angle of rotation of the
