Description
The invention relates to aeronautical engineering, in particular to systems towed by a flexible communication system, for example, cones and the like, and can be used when towing various simulators.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency while increasing safety.
In FIG. 1 gives a general view of the system; in FIG. 2 - construction of a connecting unit.
п.The towed system consists of a connecting unit 1, connected by means of one part of the towing cable 2 on one side to a towing device 3, for example, an airplane, a helicopter, etc., and on the other hand, to the towing cone 4, and an aerodynamic brake device 5. In the towed system, the connecting unit 1 is made in the form of a hollow body 6, connected by means of a spring 7 with a disengagement element 8 located inside it with the possibility of longitudinal movement, connected by one side through one towing part th towing cable 2 with 3 and chamber 9, is connected on one side through the other part of the tow rope 2 with the towing cone 4 and the other side - with the housing 6 through the fixing member, e.g., pin, bolt, etc.
10.Moreover, the aerodynamic brake device 5 is made inflatable, for example in the form of a brake parachute, is located in a folded state inside the chamber 9 and is connected to the other side of the unlocking element 8 through, for example, a sling 11, and the unlocking element 8 is made with the possibility of interaction with the locking element 10 .
12.A pin 12 is provided to ensure that the housing b is retained on the release member 8 after the camera 9 is disconnected.
5.Swivels (not shown) can be installed in the places where the tow rope 2 is attached to the connecting unit 1, the towed cone 4, and also at the junction of the parachute slings 5 to the disengaging element 8 to remove torsional moments of the tow rope 2 and the slings parachute 5.
8.The disengagement element 8 may have, for example, cutting edges, and the locking element, made, for example, in the form of a pin, is cut off when interacting with the cutting edges of the disengagement element 8.
The proposed towed system works as follows. When towing cone 4 with a tow rope
2 by the towing vehicle 3, the force from the cone 4 is transmitted through the chamber 9, the fixing element 10 to the housing 6 of the connecting unit 1. Moreover, the housing 6. Presses the spring 7 to the unlocking element 8. The cutting edges of the unlocking element 8 are offset relative to the fixing element 10 by a distance depending on the towing speed and the characteristics of the spring 7. If the part of the towing cable 2 located between the towed cone 4 and
соединительным узлом 1, резко падает нагрузка на буксирном канате 2, в результате чего энерги сжатой пружины 7 перемещает корпус б относительно элемента расфйксации 8 с силой, достаточной дл разрушени by the connecting unit 1, the load on the towing cable 2 drops sharply, as a result of which the energy of the compressed spring 7 moves the housing b relative to the disengagement element 8 with a force sufficient to destroy
In this case, the chamber 9 and the housing 6 are released from rigid fastening with each other. Under the influence of an incoming air stream, the chamber 9 with the damaged part of the towing rope 2 is separated and dumped to the ground and at the same time the aerodynamic braking device 5 is parachute, which provides tension on end of part

3 and the connecting unit 1 and braking its movement towards the towing vehicle. Formula A Towed system consisting of a connecting unit connected by a towing cable on one side to a towing vehicle and on the other hand to a towed cone, and an aerodynamic braking device, characterized by
тем, что, с целью повышени экономичности при повышении безопасности, соединительный узел выполнен в виде корпуса, св занного посредством пружины с расположенным внутри него с возможностью продольного перемещени элементом расфйксации, соединенным одной стороной через буксирный канат с буксировщиком, и камеры, соединенной с одной стороны через буксирный канат с буксируемым конусом, а с другой стороны с корпусом через фиксирующий элемент, причем аэродинамическое тормозное устройство выполнено надувным, расположено внутри камеры и св зано с другой стороной элемента расфйксации, который выполнен с острымиthe fact that, in order to increase profitability while increasing safety, the connecting unit is made in the form of a housing connected by means of a spring with a defocusing element located inside it with the possibility of longitudinal movement, connected on one side via a tow rope with a towbar, and a camera connected on one side through a towing rope with a towed cone, and on the other hand with the body through a locking element, moreover, the aerodynamic braking device is inflatable, located inside the chamber and in other party associated with a rasfyksatsii element which is formed with sharp
