1 з.п. Usage: the separation of bulk materials in the mining, construction, paint and varnish industry, powder metallurgy. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: In an electrostatic separator, the upper and lower electrodes are made in the form of an endless ribbon. The direction of motion of the upper electrode coincides with the direction of motion of the lower electrode. The upper electrode is mounted with the possibility of varying the distance and angle of inclination relative to the lower electrode in the longitudinal and transverse directions using the device. The endless ribbon of the upper electrode may consist of two parts, independently mounted relative to the lower electrode and unequal in width. 1 s.p. f-ly, 4 ill.
Description
The invention relates to the separation of bulk material in electric fields and can be used in the mining, construction, paint and varnish industries, powder metallurgy, agriculture and other industries.
Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности и производительности сепарации за счет создани регулируемого неоднородного и усиливающегос по мере сепарации электрического пол .The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency and productivity of separation by creating a controlled inhomogeneous and amplifying electric field as the separation separates.
In FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a separator; in FIG. 2 - the same front view from the loading side of the material; in FIG. 3 is a front view of an additional electrode made of two symmetrical parts; in FIG. 4 - the same, with asymmetric parts.
Дополнительный электрод установлен с измен ющимс , регулируемым с помощью устройства 7, наклоном поперёк и вдоль основного электрода 2 (например , под углами 3 и 5°, соответственно) по ходу движений материал таким образом , что рассто ние между электродами 2 и 3 может измен тьс .The electrostatic separator contains a feed hopper 1, a lower-main electrode 2 and an upper additional electrode 3 made in the form of an endless belt, a product receiver 4, a current source 5, a drive mechanism 6, a device for adjusting the angle of inclination 7 of the additional electrode 3 and the distance between the electrodes 2 and 3. An additional electrode is mounted with a variable, adjustable by means of device 7, inclination across and along the main electrode 2 (for example, at angles of 3 and 5 °, respectively) along the direction of movement of the material in such a way way that the distance between the electrodes 2 and 3 may vary.
The additional electrode 3 can be made of two parts located at an angle (for example, 5 °) to each other, therefore, to adjust the angles of inclination of these parts, the separator is equipped with a corresponding device 8. These parts of the electrode 3 can be installed with different angles of inclination and have different width.

When the separator is operating, feed material is supplied through the feed hopper 1 to the main electrode 2, which moves from the drive mechanism 6. In this case, the material falls into the gap between the main 2 and additional 3 electrodes. Here, due to the ponderomotive forces, particles with different physical properties are separated, and the particles, having received | a charge; fly out of the working area and get into a lot of products 4. Since the additional - electrode 3 is installed with an inclination relative to the upper electrode 2 in the longitudinal and transverse directions x, an inhomogeneous electric field is created in the working area. Therefore, particles with weaker electrical properties receive the required charge already in a stronger field and, when emitted, fall into the corresponding sector of the product receiver 4. Depending on the starting material — its properties and size — they change the geometry using devices 7 (and 8) separator working area.
