Description
.Изобретение относитс к электросепарации , в частности к электрическим сепараторам дл разделени зернистых материалов по электрофизическим свойствам, и может примен тс в области обогащени полезных ископаемых дл горнорудной промышленное- ти, производства строительных материалов, а также дл переработки вторичного сырь .The invention relates to electroseparation, in particular to electrical separators for separating granular materials according to electrophysical properties, and can be applied in the field of mineral processing for the mining industry, the production of building materials, and also for the processing of secondary raw materials.
Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности сепарации за счет увеличени трибо- зар да раздел емых частиц и снижение вли ни на трибозар д характеристик материала вибрационного питател .The purpose of the invention is to increase the separation efficiency by increasing the tribo-charge of the particles to be separated and reducing the effect on the tribose-charge characteristics of the material of the vibrating feeder.
The drawing shows the proposed separator, a cross-section, and the shape of the toothed partition.
The electrostatic separator contains a hopper 1, a vibrating feeder 2 located under it with a toothed partition 3, connected to a vibrator 4 and mounted on elastic springs 5 on the base 6, a collecting electrode 7 mounted for rotation, a deflecting electrode 8, cutters 9 and 10 , receivers 11 -13 separation products and high voltage source (not shown). A baffle 3 is installed at the end of the vibrating feeder 2 across the movement of the particles to be divided perpendicular to its surface. The upper part of the partition is made in the form of teeth.
The separator works as follows.
The separable particles of the source material from the hopper 1 are fed to the vibrating feeder 2, in which they move in the direction of the precipitation electrode 7. Moving through the feeder, the particles get tribozars from the friction on the substrate and each other. At the end of the vibrating feeder 2, the material is retained by the partition 3, as a result of which a material hill is formed. The particles of material roll over the partition, while they are in contact with each other and receive tribosers mainly from the friction of each other. Thus, tribose.r d is formed
Таким образом, увеличиваетс трибозар д частиц и тем самым улучщаетс эффективность разделени их.not at one point, as in the case of tribose charge from friction on the substrate, but over the entire surface of the particles. When particles are rubbing against each other, the charge is greater in magnitude than if there is friction against the metal substrate. In this way, the tribose charge of the particles is increased and thereby the efficiency of their separation is improved.
12.Next, the charged particles are fed to the collecting electrode 7 and in the zone between the deflecting electrode 8 and the grounded drum the particles with a charge unlike with the deflecting electrode are detached from the drum and sent to the receiver 11. The particles having the same sign with the deflecting electrode charge, are delayed on the drum and fall into the receiver 12.
Наличие зубцов на верхней части перегородки 3 позвол ет осуществить перемещива ние материала , обеспечить трение частиц друг о друга и непрерывную смену материала перед перегородкой .In the separator, it is possible to achieve a high selectivity of the separation of materials, since the tribose charge of the particles increases and the material on the precipitation electrode enters in small equal portions. The presence of teeth on the upper part of the partition 3 allows the material to be moved, to ensure friction of the particles against each other and to continuously change the material before the partition.
