Abstract

FIELD: steam-turbine and nuclear power plants. SUBSTANCE: steam-turbine plant has tank 18 divided by movable partition 19 into spaces 20,21. Space 20 communicates with oil line 8 and the latter communicates with wells 5 of bearings 4; space 21 communicates with delivery pining 14 of water pump 12 in regeneration system. Delivery piping 14, tank 18, oil line 8, oil pumps 7 and chambers 5 form hydraulic lifting system for rotor (rotors) 8 of turbine 2. During start-stop running of steam-turbine plant, water is supplied from delivery pining 14 of water pump 12 to space 21 of tank 18 before oil delivery from pumps 7. Water pressure is transmitted through movable partition 19 to oil in space 20 and higher pressure is built up in chambers 5 which lifts rotor 3, whereupon oil is delivered by pumps 7 and water supply to space 21 is shut off. This facilitates lifting of rotor 3 and prevents failure of pumps 7. EFFECT: improved reliability of steam-turbine plant is start-stop operation. 1 dwg

ПТУ содержит парогенератор 1, сообщенный по свежему пару с турбиной 2, ротор (роторы) 3 которой установлен в подшипниках 4. Камеры 5 подвода масла подшипников 4 сообщены через напорные линии 6 и масляные насосы 7 с маслопроводом 8. Конденсатор 9 турбины 2 сообщен с системой регенерации, включающей подогреватели 10, подключенные трубопроводами 11 отбора пара к турбине 2, а по воде - к водяным (конденсатным и питательным) насосам 12 и 13 с напорными 14 и 15 и всасывающими 16 и 17 трубопроводами. ПТУ снабжена емкостью 18, которая перегородкой 19 разделена на две полости 20 и 21. Полость 20 трубопроводом 22 с запорно-регулирующей арматурой (ЗРА) 23 подключена к маслопроводу 8. Полость 21 снабжена сливным трубопроводом 24 с ЗРА 25 и подключена к напорному трубопроводу 14 водяного насоса 12, трубопроводом 26 с ЗРА 27.
