Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical tests, in particular, to testing the dielectric strength of insulation of tape wires moving in the production process, and can be used to detect insulation defects of tape wires during production or rewinding, including pinpoint defects (microdefects) of insulation between individual conductive wires veins.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of detection of insulation defects of tape wires.
Figure 1 schematically shows one (lower) half of a two-sided electrode with a ribbon wire tucked into it; figure 2 schematically shows a double-sided electrode in the closed position with a ribbon wire tucked into it - front view; figure 3 schematically shows a double-sided electrode in isometry with a ribbon wire tucked into it (the upper part of the electrode is partially cut), a General view.
The electrode contains a detachable housing 1 (see FIG. 2), the upper and lower halves of which are connected by a
The electrode operates as follows.
The tape wire to be tested is charged into the open electrode. The pairs of
The use of the electrode allows to increase the accuracy of testing the insulation of tape wires by identifying microdefects of insulation (blockages, cracks, etc.) between adjacent cores, which increases the yield of suitable tape wire, reduces the amount of manual labor by eliminating multiple rewinds, and makes it possible to use automatic controls, which helps to increase labor productivity.
