Abstract

The invention relates to the technology of ceramic superconducting materials based on barium cuprates and can be used in electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering to produce high-density products with high superconducting characteristics (critical temperature T and temperature range - DT of the superconducting transition). The aim of the invention is to increase T, decrease DT and simplify the process by eliminating annealing in oxygen. To do this, the superconducting powder of YBa CuO - (or YbBa Cu О О J was poured into a 2 3 7-02 3 7-6 mold matrix was heated in air to a temperature of 810 - 910 ° C, then a pressure of 300 - 600 MPa was applied with exposure for 0.5-1.5 hours, then the pressure was removed and the temperature was increased to 960-1000 ° C; with exposure for 0.1-1.5 hours then cooled. At a relative density of 96.1%, T 99K; DT 0.8 K. 1 tab.
