Description
The utility model relates to construction, namely to composite fiberglass reinforcement intended for reinforcing concrete building structures; as bonds between layers in multilayer wall structures; for reinforcing brick masonry and blocks; for reinforcing concrete floors; for repairing surfaces of reinforced concrete and brick structures; for reinforcing and strengthening soil foundations under roads and highways.
The essential requirements for composite reinforcement are to ensure reliable adhesion of reinforcement to concrete and to prevent failure of reinforcement in cured concrete during operation of the concrete structure. To prevent pulling out composite reinforcement from the concrete body, various methods are used that increase the surface area of the reinforcement by corrugation, the use of winding ropes and the application of abrasive particles.
20.11.2006).Known composite reinforcement containing a supporting rod of high-strength polymeric material, in which the surface relief is created by a winding bundle, the ratio of the cross-sectional areas of the supporting rod and the winding bundle being in the range from 3 to 25, the winding bundle in cross section has the shape of an ellipse, the major axis of which is located along bearing rod, and the winding angle is 30 ÷ 70 °. The relief can also be formed by pressing the removable winding cord into the carrier rod, the grooves in the cross section having the reverse profile of the winding cord, and the ratio of the cross-sectional areas of the bearing rod and the removable winding rope being in the range of 3 to 25, the removable winding cord in cross section has the shape of an ellipse , the major axis of which is located along the power rod, and the winding angle is 30 ÷ 70 °. During winding, the tourniquet forms a rod, simultaneously pressing into it, and creates a periodic profile, and the spiral winding tourniquet takes the form of an ellipse due to tension, the large axis of which is located along the power rod, which increases the adhesion strength to concrete (RU 2287647, IPC E04C 5/07 , published on November 20, 2006).
A disadvantage of the known reinforcement is the lack of adhesion of the winding bundle to the supporting rod.
26.06.2008).Known flexible reinforced composite reinforcement, which includes many continuous fibers impregnated with thermoplastic resin. The reinforcement bar has a flat cross-sectional shape with an aspect ratio greater than 1: 1 and a spiral twist in the range of 15.24 ÷ 60.96 cm. In one design variant, the bar has an elliptical cross-sectional shape with a 2: 1 aspect ratio and rotary in steps of about 30 cm (WO / 2008/076400, IPC E04H 12/00, published on June 26, 2008).
The disadvantages of the known valves include the complexity of the process and the lengthening of the production line, since in its production using thermoplastic polymer compositions, in particular polypropylene polymer. The thermoplastic resin is in a solid state, therefore, to impregnate the reinforcing fibers, it must be heated to the melting temperature.
10.05.2010).The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is a composite reinforcement containing a supporting rod and windings made of glass and basalt and other fibers impregnated with a polymer binder in the form of a thermosetting compound based on epoxy resin. The bearing rod in cross section is made in the form of a tape, in which the ratio of width to thickness is in the range 1: (1.2-40) (RU 2388878, IPC E04C 5/07, publ. 05/10/2010).
The well-known composite reinforcement has an insufficiently high rate of adhesion to concrete.
The technical result consists in increasing the degree of adhesion of composite reinforcement to concrete by imparting twisted shape to the reinforcement.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the composite reinforcement contains a supporting rod in the form of a flat tape of glass or basalt fibers impregnated with a thermosetting compound based on epoxy resin, in which the ratio of width to thickness is in the range 1: (2 ÷ 5). The flat tape is made 360 ° twisted around its axis in increments of 25–75 cm. An epoxyphenol or polyester resin can be used as a thermosetting compound.
